Die Silvesterfeier begann mit gut 3 Stunden Verspätung, dafür waren ja dann auch die Speisen fast kalt oder auch mit sehr wenig Geschmack, wahrscheinlich öfters aufgewärmt. Allein die Speisenfolge war eine gewaltige Katastrophe. Es gab Kuhmagensuppe, lauwarmen Lammbraten, alte Wurstplatte und was soll ich sagen, die meisten Speisen blieben übrig. Dazu gab es noch einen sg. Alleinunterhalter, der machte Krawall in unmöglicher Lautstärke, man konnte sich mit den Tischnachbarn nur schreiend unterhalten. Auf unsere Bitte etwas leiser zu machen bekamen wir bloß zur Antwort: "Die Chefin will das so". Jedenfalls, der Veitlhof sieht uns nie wieder! We attended the last New Year's Eve dinner at this inn. Very good kitchen and very friendly staff! Also everything around super clean. The backhendl is really recommendable! We'll be back for sure!
