R	Ranunkelfrau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war dieser Gasthausbesuch ausschließlich teuer. Obwohl Sonntag war und wir nicht reserviert hatten bekamen wir gleich einen Tisch eingedeckt. Unter dem Teller lag eine Speisekarte. Auf unsere Frage hin, ob das die ganze Karte sei kam ein deutliches Ja zurück. Da außer Speisen mit Spargel nur wenige Gerichte unserem Geschmack zusagten wählten wir drei Hauptgerichte. Im Anschluss füllten sich auch zwei Tische neben unserem. Hier offerierte man den Gästen auch Speisen welche nicht auf der Karte standen, Schweinsbraten, Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein. Die Gerichte, bis auf die Gemüsebeilage, sind sehr klein und vollkommen geschmacklos gewesen. Selbst im Salat zum Backhendl war kaum merklich Marinade. Die Sauce Hollandaise war sehr stark aufgemixt und nach 2 Minuten mit einer sehr, sehr dünnen Suppe, welche vollkommen fettlos zubereitet war zu vergleichen und haftete somit gar nicht am Spargel. Als ich dies ansprach wurde mir gesagt, dass ich wohl die richtige Sauce Hollandaise nicht kennen würde. Diese freche Antwort ist an Kundenunfreundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Ich essen seit vielen Jahren Spargel mit Sauce Hollandaise im Frühjahr, sowohl in diversen Restaurants. Und immer hatte die Sauce keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit dünner Suppe! Allem Anschein nach legt man hier keinen Wert auf neue Stammgäste. Unfortunately, this visit to the inn was only expensive. Although it was Sunday and we had not reserved, we were immediately given a table. There was a menu under the plate. When we asked whether that was the whole card, a clear yes came back. Since only a few dishes besides asparagus suited our tastes, we chose three main dishes. Afterwards, two tables filled up next to ours. Here guests were also offered dishes that were not on the menu, roast pork, Wiener schnitzel from pork. The dishes, with the exception of the vegetable side dish, were very small and completely tasteless. Even in the salad with the fried chicken there was hardly any marinade. The hollandaise sauce was very strongly mixed and compared after 2 minutes with a very, very thin soup, which was prepared completely fat-free and therefore did not adhere to the asparagus. When I mentioned this, I was told that I probably would not know the right hollandaise sauce. This cheeky answer is hard to beat in terms of customer friendliness. I have been eating asparagus with hollandaise sauce in spring for many years, both in various restaurants. And the sauce always had no resemblance to thin soup! Apparently you don't value new regulars here.

Der Gastwirt ist sehr sympathisch und hat eine trockene humorvolle Art. Die Angestellten mehr als aufmerksam und höflich. Toll. Preis-Leistung passt perfekt zu der Qualität der Speisen. Eine sehr gute Auswahl an Weinen und Sekt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Erdäpfelsalat, der Hammer! Ein Besuch ist einfach Pflicht! We had two great evenings here, the food is of very high quality, all dishes are freshly prepared and homemade. The innkeeper is very personable and has a dry, humorous manner. The staff are more than attentive and polite. Great. Price-performance ratio matches the quality of the food perfectly. A very good selection of wines and sparkling wine. The potato salad is highly recommended, awesome! A visit is simply a must!

Der Tisch war ausgesprochen schön gedeckt und alles mit Liebe hergerichtet! Das Personal als auch der Chef und die Chefin waren ausgesprochen freundlichen, nett und bemüht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ! ? We were allowed to enjoy the evening with steak & music! It was an incredibly beautiful evening with excellent food. The table was very nicely set and everything prepared with love! The staff as well as the boss and the boss were extremely friendly, nice and tried hard! We will be back definitely ! ?
