Wir waren das zweite mal und das erste mal nach dem Rauchverbot im Gasthaus Schendligen. Als Gastwirt hätte ich den Rauchern um Gastgarten einen Platz eingerichtet, vielleicht auch mit Heizpilz. Warum? Weil man so sich in den Gastraum durch eine Raucherversammlung Bahnen muss. Man darf sich den Unmut der Raucher Verbal aussetzen. Bei den Preisen hat man sich im oberen Segment angesiedelt, sind aber ok. Die Bedienung ist sichtlich verwirrt, Gäste jenseits der Stammgäste zu bedienen. Im Großen und Ganzen bemüht, aber nicht gelernt. Das Essen ist viel und befriedigend. Das Schnitzel ist leicht mit schwarzen Stellen in der Pfanne gebraten. Geschuldet, weil es zu Dick ist. Für fast 13€ und der Tradition geschuldet, fehlt mir die Preiselbeermarmelade. Ambiente ist für mich rustikal und für mich ok. Man riecht es nicht mehr, dass es ein Raucher-Lokal.

We were the second time and the first time after the smoking ban in the inn Schendligen. As an innkeeper, I would have furnished the smokers around the garden a place, maybe with mushroom. Why? Because you have to train in the guest room through a smoker's meeting. One may expose the displeasure of the smoker Verbal. With the prices one settled oneself in the upper segment, are however ok. The waitress is visibly confused to serve guests beyond the regulars. On the whole, tried hard, but not learned. The food is a lot and satisfying. The schnitzel is lightly fried with black spots in the pan. Owed, because it is too thick. For almost 13 € and the tradition owed, I miss the cranberry jam. Ambiance is rustic for me and ok for me. You do not smell it anymore that it's a smoker place.
