Die Handtücher haben schon einige Waschgänge erlebt - denke mal diese sind noch von der Zeit der Eröffnung des Gasthauses. Price / performance is okay! Friendliness / the effort of the staff was great! Rooms / equipment / furnishings are getting old! The towels have already been washed a few times - think these are from the time the inn opened.

Na miejscu dowiedzieliśmy się ze nie ma dla nas pokoju! Właściciel się niczym nie przejął dodatkowo był pod wpływem alkoholu. Sprawa zajął się booking We had reservations made via booking. First, we couldn't find the property as the location was different to booking. On the spot, we found out that there is no room for us! The owner did not care about anything, additionally he was under the influence of alcohol. The case was taken care of by booking
T	Tomasz Majewski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oszust. Najpierw zgodził się na późniejszy przyjazd. Nie odbierał telefonów jak błądziliśmy w sąsiednim miasteczku gdzie wg. Bookingu znajdował się dom gościnny. Po przybyciu zaprzeczył że mamy rezerwacje. Po pokazaniu potwierdzenia opłaconej rezerwacji, oznajmił że nie ma dostępnych pokoi. Żadnego przepraszam. Do teraz nie oddał pieniądzy. Fraud. First, he agreed to come later. He did not answer phone calls as we were wandering in a neighboring town where, according to Booking there was a guest house. Upon arriving, he denied having reservations. After showing the confirmation of the paid reservation, he announced that there were no rooms available. I'm sorry. Until now, he has not returned the money.
M	Mardok8 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odradzam stanowczo! Wraz grupką znajomych wynajęliśmy przez Booking.com dwa pokoje z tygodniowym wyprzedzeniem i ustaleniem mailowo z właścicielem, że zjawimy się późno. Ok. godz. 21 lub 22. Zaakceptował te warunki. Motel nie znajduje się pod adresem wskazanym na mapach Google czy na Booking.com! Przez 30 minut w środku nocy w totalnych ciemnościach szukaliśmy tego budynku pod wskazanym adresem. Właściciel nie odbierał telefonu. Dopiero jakaś kobieta z okolicznego domku pokierowała nas we właściwe miejsce. 10 minut autem od tamtego miejsca! Po dojeździe na właściwe miejsce o 22:10 zostaliśmy poinformowani od nietrzeźwego pracownika, że nie ma takiej rezerwacji i nie ma wolnych pokoi. Po pokazaniu, że mamy potwierdzoną rezerwację przypomniał sobie, że faktycznie była taka rezerwacja, ale i tak już nie ma pokoi i kazał wyjść. Booking.com wpierw nas olał i nie zrobił nic, żeby nam pomóc, prócz prośby czekanie aż coś znajdą dla nas do przenocowania. Po godzinie czasu (23:30) od innego konsultanta dowiedzieliśmy się, że nic jeszcze nie zostało rozpoczęte. Po kolejnej godzinie dostaliśmy informację mailowo, że właściciel hotelu twierdzi, że spóźniliśmy się 10 minut, więc booking.com nie czuje się zobowiązany do pomocy nam oprócz wskazania najbliższego nam wolnego hotelu, który mamy sami sobie opłacić. I strongly advise against! Together with a group of friends, we rented two rooms through Booking.com a week in advance and agreed by e-mail with the owner that we would be late. Ok. time. 21 or 22. Accepted these terms. The motel is not located at the address indicated on Google maps or on Booking.com! For 30 minutes in the middle of the night, in total darkness, we searched for this building at the address indicated. The owner was not answering the phone. Only a woman from a nearby cottage directed us to the right place. 10 minutes by car from there! After arriving at the right place at 10:10 pm, we were informed by a drunk employee that there was no such reservation and no free rooms. After showing that we have a confirmed reservation, he remembered that there was such a reservation, but there were no rooms anymore and ordered to leave. Booking.com ignored us first and did nothing to help us except to ask for something to be found for us to stay overnight. After an hour (23:30) from another consultant, we found out that nothing had started yet. After another hour, we received an email that the owner of the hotel said we were late 10 minutes, so booking.com does not feel obliged to help us apart from indicating the nearest free hotel, which we have to pay for ourselves.
