★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vielleicht war es lediglich eine negative Ausnahme, allerdings kann ich die vielen positiven Meldungen nicht nachvollziehen!
Die Speisen waren durchschnittliche Wirtshauskost, das Rindfleisch regelrecht matschig ?
Bedienung zwar freundlich aber nicht mehr! Aufmerksamkeit sieht anders aus!
Maybe it was just a negative exception, but I can't understand the many positive reports!
The dishes were average pub fare, the beef downright mushy ?
Service friendly but not more! Attention looks different!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Ausflug aufs Land. Spazieren macht hungrig... Wir gehen "zum Nährer" und sind überrascht - positiv!
Optisch doch eher ein unscheinbares "Gasthaus" - überrascht dieses Lokal mit einer hochinteressanten Speisekarte irgendwo zwischen Fine-Dining und bodenständiger Landhausküche. Wir hatten zuerst Ceviche vom Wels mit Schnittlauchcreme und schwarzem Reis. Optisch wie geschmacklich ein Volltreffer. Sehr, sehr gut! Danach gabs ein Jägerpfandl und gebackenen Karpfen mit Erdäpfelsalat. Beides tadellos!
Fazit: Wenn "Wirtshäuser" am Land so "bespielt" werden (man möge mir diesen Ausdruck verzeihen) dann muss man sich um Wirtshäuser am Land keine Sorgen machen. Top! Wir kommen wieder!
A trip to the country. Walking makes you hungry... We go "to the nurse" and are surprised - positively!
Visually more of an inconspicuous "inn" - this restaurant surprises with a highly interesting menu somewhere between fine dining and down-to-earth country house cuisine. First we had catfish ceviche with chive cream and black rice. A hit in terms of both looks and taste. Really really good! Then there was a Jägerpfandl and baked carp with potato salad. Both perfect!
Conclusion: If "inns" in the country are "played with" like this (please forgive me this expression) then you don't have to worry about inns in the country. Top! We will be back!
