F	Fritz Riegler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr einfaches Wirtshaus, urig und sehr gastfreundlich zu uns Wahlfahrer. Es war echt erholsam für unsere Beine eine kleine Rast zu machen und dabei noch ein wenig den Körper mit Hausmannskost zu kräftigen. A very simple inn, quaint and very hospitable to us drivers. It was really relaxing for our legs to take a little rest and to strengthen the body a little with home-made food.

Die Wirtin eine ältere Frau um die 70Jahre sehr lieb und gastfreundlich.In der Küche steht auch ein älterer Herr (um die70Jahre).Hut ab von solchen fleissigen Menschen.Wir waren mit unserem Verein Essen (Vorbestellung)da man nicht weiss wie lange noch geöffnet sein wird.....,?? It is an older inn for the local people. The landlady an older woman around the 70s very dear and hospitable. In the kitchen there is also an older man (around the 70s). Be careful of such hard-working people. We were with our club eating (pre-order) because you do not know how long it will be open will be ....., ??
M	Merlin Waldhör on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich uriges Gasthaus. Kulturschock bei dem einen oder anderem möglich. Einen Nichtraucherbereich gibt es zwar, dieser wird aber nicht genutzt. Stammgäste gibt es gleich dazu. Die Zimmer sind weniger nett als die Stube im Erdgeschoss. Sie sind dreckig und lassen in einigen Bereichen zu wünschen übrig. Defekte Wandlampe, Risse in den Wänden (Haus ist schon etwas älter) und übermäßig viele Fliegen im Zimmer (bis zu 74!) lassen die Unterkunft ein wenig heruntergekommen aussehen. Duschen gibt es zwei. Jeweils eine im ersten und eine im zweiten Stock. Diese sind nicht sehr sauber. Toiletten gibt es drei. Für die Stube im Erdgeschoss noch eine zusätzliche. Preislich ist die Unterkunft wirklich ein Schnäppchen. Die Wirtin des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern ist schön. A really quaint inn. Culture shock possible with one or the other. There is a non-smoking area, but this is not used. There are regular guests at the same time. The rooms are not as nice as the parlor on the ground floor. They are dirty and leave something to be desired in some areas. Broken wall lamp, cracks in the walls (the house is a bit older) and an excessive number of flies in the room (up to 74!) Make the accommodation look a little shabby. There are two showers. One on the first and one on the second floor. These are not very clean. There are three toilets. For the room on the ground floor there is an additional one. In terms of price, the accommodation is really a bargain. The landlady of the house is very friendly and hard-working. The view from the windows is nice.
N	Nadja Klein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da außer uns beiden, an diesem Tag nur 1 weiterer Pilger im Haus war, hatte die Wirtin auch Zeit sich mit uns gemütlich zu unterhalten. Wir bekamen eine leckere Bachforelle zum Abendessen und ein gutes Frühstück mit selbstgemachter Marmelade. Die Zimmer waren einfach, aber sauber, ebenso die sanitärräume. Das Inventar is schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Es war für uns bewundernswert, dass die Wirtin so vieles alleine „schupft“. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden ? Since there was only 1 other pilgrim in the house that day, the landlady had time to chat with us. We got a delicious brown trout for dinner and a good breakfast with homemade jam. The rooms were simple but clean, as were the sanitary facilities. The inventory is getting a bit old. For us it was admirable that the landlady “scooped” so much on her own. All in all, we were very satisfied ?

R	Richard Widmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfaches Wirtshaus mit uriger Atmosphäre, Forelle hervorragend frisch zubereitet wie auch die Palatschinken. Seit Jahrzehnten unser Stützpunkt bei unseren Wanderungen Richtung Mariazell. Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind einfach aber zweckmäßig, mehr braucht man beim Pilgern nicht, aber weniger geht ehrlicherweise auch nicht. Das heißt die Erwartungen nicht zu hoch ansetzen ;-) Simple inn with a rustic atmosphere, freshly prepared trout as well as the pancakes. For decades our base on our hikes towards Mariazell. Accommodation options are simple but functional, you don't need more for a pilgrimage, but honestly, less is not possible either. That means don't set your expectations too high ;-)
L	Luca Fésűs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room with neither private bathwoom nor toilet. The room was not cleaned, but the bin was full of trash. The toilet hasn't really seen a cleaning in a while neither. The house has no wifi, and the only plug to charge electronic devices was only working when the light was switched off. For breakfast we received buns and coffee from yesterday and it was everything but not hearty. Meanwhiles flies everywhere. The experience was rather disgusting than "perfect" or "cozy".
