★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unzufrieden.. Motorsense wurde gebracht um Seilzug zu reparieren dafür wurde 10 Tage gebraucht. Filter ohne Absprache getauscht. Feder wurde falsch bestellt weil sie beim auseinander bauen verloren haben. . Kundenumgang man bekommt zwar ein Lächeln obwohl der Kunde richtig sauer ist - man fühlt sich verarscht. Kein tut uns leid oder entschuldigung. Keine weiterempfehlung eher zum nahegelegenen Lagerhaus fahren.
Very dissatisfied. The brushcutter was brought to repair the cable, which took 10 days. Filters exchanged without prior agreement. The wrong spring was ordered because it lost it when disassembling it. . Dealing with customers you get a smile even though the customer is really angry - you feel ripped off. No sorry or sorry. No recommendation rather go to the nearby warehouse.
