Nous avons dû payer et nous n avons pas séjourné à cet hôtel !!!!! Very bad experience, Dishonest, does not confirm the reservation, does not respond to emails, does not ring, but punctures the amount of the stay on the visa card. While the stay is not confirmed. We had to pay and we did not stay at this hotel !!!!!
V	Viktoria ღ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach so vielen positiven Bewertungen entschied ich mich für diese Unterkunft, wurde aber etwas enttäuscht. Das Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig (Tapete fällt an der Decke ab, Kratzer, Dellen an den Wänden), Waschbecken neben dem Bett muss man mögen, keine Mülltüte in dem Abfalleimer. Billiger Plastikduschkopf und gebrochener WC Sitz (hoffentlich mittlerweile getauscht). Der Balkon kam mir etwas gefährlich vor (älteres ungepflegtes verbogenes Holz). Das schlimmste war der Geruch im Flur und im Treppenhaus (es riecht wie verdorbener Fisch gemischt mit Dufterfrischer). Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Der Wasserdruck ist gut, die Aussicht war nett, kein Zugspitzblick (dem Namen widerzusprechen), aber trotzdem schöne Natur. Die Gastgeberin an sich war soweit freundlich. Den bezahlten Preis meiner Meinung nach ist diese Unterkunft aber nicht Wert. Schon günstiger und schöner in Lermoos/Biberwier/Bichlbach übernachtet. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen wollen. After so many positive reviews, I chose this property but was a little disappointed. The room is in need of renovation (wallpaper is falling off the ceiling, scratches, dents on the walls), you have to like the sink next to the bed, no garbage bag in the bin. Cheap plastic shower head and broken toilet seat (hopefully replaced in the meantime). The balcony seemed a bit dangerous to me (older, unkempt, bent wood). The worst was the smell in the hallway and stairwell (it smells like rotten fish mixed with freshener). Breakfast was average. The water pressure is good, the view was nice, no view of the Zugspitz (to contradict the name), but still beautiful nature. The hostess was friendly so far. In my opinion, this accommodation is not worth the price paid. Stayed cheaper and nicer in Lermoos / Biberwier / Bichlbach. I wouldn't want to come again.

Immer wieder gerne, nur zum empfehlen! A beautiful guest house with a sufficient selection at the breakfast buffet, a great location near the ski lifts and an extremely helpful and friendly owner! Always happy, only to recommend!
