Die Appertmants sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig, natürlich sauber und haben meist einen Balkonzugang. Ich kann das Gästehaus sehr empfehlen. Ms. Matt was very nice and the location is really right next to the slopes, or just across the street and off you go. The appertmants are simple but functional, naturally clean and mostly have balcony access. I highly recommend the guest house.

Frau Matt hatte uns im vornherein mitgeteilt, dass die Fotos auf der Website veraltet seien und inzwischen renoviert wurde. Das war aber leider nicht der Fall, die Wohnung sieht so alt aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche ist sehr klein und sehr dürftig ausgestattet. Was uns außerdem sehr negativ auffiel, war, dass Frau Matt den Gästen ständig auflauert und gewisse Dinge beanstandet. Man hat dauernd das Gefühl bespitzelt zu werden. Frau Matt bestand sogar darauf, dass wir bei unserer Abreise den Windelmüll selbst entsorgen. Ideal ist aber die Lage, da nur eine Straße zu überqueren ist, um auf die Piste zu kommen. Wir werden aber auf keinen Fall wiederkommen! We were visiting for a week in winter 2015. Ms. Matt had informed us in advance that the photos on the website were out of date and had been renovated. Unfortunately that was not the case, the apartment looks as old as in the photos. The kitchen is very small and very poorly equipped. What we also noticed very negatively was that Ms. Matt was constantly waiting for the guests and complaining about certain things. You always have the feeling of being spied on. Ms. Matt even insisted that we dispose of the diaper waste ourselves when we left. The location is ideal, however, as there is only one road to cross to get to the slopes. We will definitely not come back!
R	Rene König on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein neues renoviertes Zimmer gebucht und leider nur eins, das in den 80 das letzte Mal renoviert wurde bekommen. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Es würde ständig von der Vermieterin über alle anderen geschimpft, dass sie kein Frühstück macht, obwohl es gebucht war. Ähnlich wie beim gebuchten Zimmer wurde keine Eigenverantwortung übernommen und jede Schuld von sich gewiesen. Mehrmals würden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass wir unerwünscht sind, da sie keine Gäste, die nur 3 Tage buchen, haben will. Am Tag der Abrechnung haben wir auf eine korrekte Rechnung bestanden. Das endete mit der Beschimpfung, dass sie dachte, wir wären nette Gaste, und sie sich wohl geirrt hat. An die Versprechung am Abreisetag den Parkplatz nutzen zu dürfen, wollte sie dann auch nicht mehr nachkommen. Schade das man sich so als Gast behandeln lassen muss . We booked a new renovated room and unfortunately only got one that was last renovated in the 80s. WiFi didn't work. The landlady was constantly scolding everyone else for not making breakfast even though it was booked. Similar to the booked room, no personal responsibility was assumed and all guilt was rejected. Several times we would be advised that we are undesirable because she does not want any guests who only book 3 days. On the day of billing, we insisted on a correct invoice. That ended with the insult that she thought we were nice guests and she was probably wrong. She did not want to keep the promise to use the parking lot on the day of departure. It's a shame that you have to be treated like that as a guest.
N	Nicolai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich verstehe manche dieser schlechten Rezessionen nicht. Frau Matt war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Apartments sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Manche erwarten vielleicht, dass die vollgekackten Windeln ihrer Babys entsorgt werden, aber ich bin der Annahme, dass die Eltern selbst dafür zuständig sind und nicht die Hotelbetreiber. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. I don't understand some of these bad recessions. Mrs. Matt was very nice and accommodating. The apartments are very cozy and clean. Some may expect their babies 'jam-packed diapers to be thrown away, but I believe it's the parents' responsibility and not the hotel owner's. I highly recommend it.
A	Albert Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastvrouw is niet echt gastvrij. WiFi matig. Wel netjes schoon en redelijk goed gelegen. Hostess is not really welcoming. WiFi moderate. Neat clean and reasonably well located.
