T	Tanja Schöggl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach 4 Telefonaten wurden uns jedesmal mündlich zwei Zimmer zugesichert! Jedoch kam nie eine Buchungsbestätigung! Nach dem 5 Telefonat wurde uns einfach abgesagt da beim Seer Open Air nur die Stammgäste Zimmer bekommen! Dies wäre natürlich kein Problem, aber durch das Prozedere, dass sich über 3 Wochen hinzog, haben wir keine Chance auf ein anderes Zimmer und die Absage war einfach nur frech! Absolut unprofessionell und nicht kundenfreundlich! After 4 phone calls, we were verbally assured two rooms each time! However, there was never a booking confirmation! After the 5th phone call we were simply canceled because at the Seer Open Air only the regular guests get rooms! This would of course not be a problem, but due to the procedure that dragged on for 3 weeks, we have no chance of another room and the cancellation was just cheeky! Absolutely unprofessional and not customer friendly!

Wir fühlen uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben und kommen immer wieder gerne hierher zurück. Die Vermieter sind äußerst nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht um die Wünsche Ihrer Gäste zu befriedigen. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die Lage und der Top Ausblick auf See und Landschaft. Wir freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Aufenthalt am Grundlsee und im Gästehaus Syen. We spend a lot of our free time in Ausseerland and have found here in the guesthouse Syen a comfortable and comfortable place to stay for our stays. We feel very well looked after here and always like to come back here. The landlords are extremely nice, friendly and helpful and eager to satisfy the wishes of their guests. Particularly noteworthy are the location and the top view of the lake and countryside. We look forward to our next stay at the Grundlsee and the Gästehaus Syen.
L	Lars H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe kurzfristig eine Unterkunft vor Ort gesucht und wurde dort sofort herzhaft aufgenommen. Ich finde man bekommt dort hervorragende Qualität für kleines Geld. Die Zimmer sind schön sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Schöner ausblick auf den See. Short term, I searched for accommodation on the spot and was welcomed there immediately. I think you get excellent quality for little money. The rooms are nice and clean. Nice view of the lake.

Lo strudel invece non vale la pena: pasta troppo spessa e nell’insieme un po’ troppo effetto mattone. Grossolano. Peccato! We ate in 3: 1 adult and 2 boys. Good wiener and my roast. The strudel, on the other hand, is not worth it: too thick and a bit too brick effect. Coarse. Sin!

Das Frühstück TOP. Vermieter sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit Wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder! We spent a wonderful weekend here with a dream view of the Grundelsee. The room was large and comfortable, the balcony with a view of the lake. The breakfast was great. Landlord very warm and helpful We will definitely be back soon!
