Bei Nachfrage, ob die Sauna angemacht werden könnte wurde in einem sehr unangemessenen Ton entgegnet "Warum wollen Sie denn in die Sauna?" Noch etwas Positives: Der Ausblick vom Haus war traumhaft und die Skilifte im Ort sind auch zu Fuß optimal zu erreichen. One had the impression that the sauna use from the house is not desired. When asked whether the sauna could be turned on was countered in a very inappropriate tone "Why do you want in the sauna?" Something positive: The view from the house was fantastic and the ski lifts in town are also within walking distance.

Auch wenn ich der 100te Gast bin, der anruft, erwarte ich eine freundliche Auskunft. Unfortunately, we cannot rate the house, but the telephone contact to inquire about a reservation was not friendly, so we decided on another house. Even though I'm the 100th guest to call, I expect friendly information.

Angefangen bei der Herzlichkeit von unseren Gastgebern, über die Sauberkeit, das Frühstücksbüffet, der Senmelservice, die Sauna, die Lage, die Hilfsbereitschaft und guten Tips von Astrid, es ist einfach immer wieder wunderschön und ein echter Traum. Der Sonnenhof ist perfekt wenn man seinen Hund mitnehmen möchte (was bei vielen anderen Unterkünften oft nicht erlaubt ist). Wir fahren seit Jahren mit der ganzen Familie immer zu Birschels und ich kann ea jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen. I love it!!! Starting with the warmth of our hosts, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet, the Senmelservice, the sauna, the location, the helpfulness and good tips from Astrid, it is always beautiful and a real dream. The Sonnenhof is perfect if you want to take your dog with you (which is often not allowed in many other accommodations). We have been going to Birschels with the whole family for years and I can warmly recommend ea to everyone.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fahren gerne wieder dorthin. Everything perfect. Great location, everything neat and clean. Delicious breakfast and a super friendly, helpful and warm hostess. We felt very comfortable and would love to go there again.
