★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Netter Service, schöne Landschaft, tolles Frühstück. Das Schloss war auch sehr toll zum erkunden. Die Zimmer waren auch schön, das einzige Problem waren dass die Betten nicht so gemütlich waren. Sonst wären es 5 Sterne gewesen.
 Nice service, beautiful landscape, great breakfast. The castle was also great to explore. The rooms were nice too, the only problem was that the beds weren't that comfortable. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr einsam und ruhig gelegen. Zimmertüren sehr laut zu schließen. Matratze zu hart, Polster zu dünn. Prunkräume interessant. Übernachtung für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. Raucherplätze vor dem Zimmer im Arcadengang war super schön.
Very lonely and quiet. Room doors to close very loudly. Mattress too hard, upholstery too thin. State rooms interesting. Overnight not suitable for wheelchair users. Smoking areas in front of the room in the arcade corridor was super nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Hotel war eine echte Überraschung: tolles altes Schloß mit leicht maroden Charme, wir durften auch durch die Prunkräume laufen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück im schönen Schloßcafé, wunderschöner Garten - wir kommen gerne wieder!
The hotel was a real surprise: great old castle with a slightly dilapidated charm, we were also allowed to walk through the state rooms. Very friendly hosts, lovingly prepared breakfast in the beautiful castle café, beautiful garden - we would love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience. It was fun staying in the interesting castle, and exploring the museum displays. The hosts were indeed two older women who made our stay comfortable. They accommodated us in every way they could, especially going out of their way to make special arrangements for an extra day's stay when we took a weather day. The cafe was pleasant, and the kanoodle (order at least 2) and the tiramisu delightful (they gave us the recipes). The breakfast was among the best we've had on our ride from Budapest. The surrounding town has an excellent Italian restaurant and ice cream shop. It is a bit spendier than other places, but how many chances do you get to stay in a castle.

The room was clean and small. the only negative thing was that we wanted to go to the town for dinner, but it was quite hard to get there on foot. Our arses were sore from cycling all day .. so we just stayed there and had dinner. It's was reasonably priced and tasty. I would definitely stay again
