★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die große Wohnung wurde auf Montafon.at mit 750€ angeboten, auf Anfrage wurden daraus dann auf einmal über 1.000€ für exakt die gleichen Rahmenbedingungen. Die Wohnung an sich ist nicht sonderlich modern aber in Ordnung und sauber. Allerdings fehlt es an jeglicher Grundausstattung (kein Toilettenpapier, kein Salz/Pfeffer, keine Lappen, kein Spüli, keine Kaffeefilter, …) weil von den Eigentümern offenbar immer alles zur Selbstnutzung eingesammelt wird. Die Bezahlung kann ausschließlich bar erfolgen (keine Kartenzahlung, kein Paypal, keine Überweisung möglich), was angesichts der Summen nicht immer unproblematisch ist. Darauf hingewiesen wird man mit einem unfreundlichen Zettel an der Tür, der dazu auffordert das Geld runterzubringen. Unser Unverständnis wurde mit einer Fristsetzung erwidert und wir durften das Haus nur noch verlassen, wenn mindestens eine Person da blieb (das war noch innerhalb des Mietzeitraumes!). Eine Rechnung gibt es nicht, da es sich laut Eigentümerin um eine Privatvermietung handelt. Alles in Allem wirkt die Vermietung sehr lieb- und lustlos, der einzige Fokus der Vermieter liegt darauf möglichst viel aus den Wohnungen rauszuziehen.
 The large apartment was offered on Montafon.at for €750, but on request it suddenly became over €1,000 for exactly the same general conditions. The apartment itself is not very modern but in order and clean. However, there is a lack of any basic equipment (no toilet paper, no salt/pepper, no rags, no washing-up liquid, no coffee filters, ...) because the owners apparently always collect everything for their own use. Payment can only be made in cash (no card payment, no PayPal, no bank transfer possible), which is not always unproblematic in view of the sums involved. You are informed of this with an unfriendly note on the door, which asks you to bring the money down. Our lack of understanding was answered with a deadline and we were only allowed to leave the house if at least one person stayed (that was still within the rental period!). There is no invoice because, according to the owner, it is a private rental. All in all, the rental seems very careless and listless, the only focus of the landlord is on getting as much out of the apartments as possible.
