★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very cosy and classy guest house. Spacious comfortable rooms, modern bathroom and a kitchen. Fantastic value for money. And a magnificent alpine setting.. Negative: Location is a bit inconvenient. It's in a small village. We needed to go to the bigger town of Reutte a couple of times. The bus only comes about once per hour. But the owners kindly drove us a couple of times..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice but the host will obligate you to take off your shoes outside because there is new moquette ? so every time we had to take off and put on again our shoes, something that we don’t do at our own home! Other than seeing all kind of shoes ? ? laying around like you are at the used market.
While we booked the room, there was mentioned a balcony with mountain/ garden view but our room had only a window with the parking view!
The breakfast was below any expectations, just a small table on the corner with 2 plates of cheese and ham, some cereals and milk… no ???????? 10€ per person for very limited choices.
If you are there for ski ⛷, don’t expect to find a proper storage room to keep your equipments ? warm… just on the floor of a “multi usage” room.
The host was very nice and helpful until the check-out time, when we had a small misunderstanding about the payment. The other face came out if you know what I mean ?
