Breakfest is also really good beacause its allways fresh. I can recommend this place. Super miejsce z extra widokiem na Nederkogel, cena przystępna a śniadania pyszne i świeże ;) Pokój czysty i przytulny z mega wygodnym łóżkiem:) Polecam Sehr schöne Zimmer, immer sauber. Früstuck auch sehr gut. Alles was man braucht findet man hier :). Really nice place with clean room. Breakfest is also really good beacause its allways fresh. I can recommend this place. A great place with an extra view of the Nederkogel, the price is affordable and the breakfasts are delicious and fresh;) The room is clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed :)

Great accommodation: Our apartment for 5 people was huge (3 bathrooms). Good breakfast, clean simple rooms and a great owner (+ family)!

Frühstücksbuffet mit Kaffeevollautomat. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Supermarkt ca. 150m entfernt. Rund um das Haus befindet sich Wiese und zum nächsten Nachbar sind es ein paar Meter Top location with bus stop about 50m away and with the Ötztal Card in summer you can get into the whole valley without your own car. Comfortable bed clean room. Breakfast buffet with fully automatic coffee machine. Very friendly and warm hostess. Supermarket about 150m away. There is a meadow around the house and it is a few meters to the next neighbor
L	Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, gut gelegen, und die Vermieterin war auch sehr nett (auf Grund einer Verletzung im Bikepark durften wir kostenlos einen weiteren halben Tag bleiben) The accommodation was very nice, well located, and the landlady was also very nice (due to an injury in the bike park we were allowed to stay another half day free of charge)
M	Mike Bauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren das Wochenende zum Skifahren dort. Eine tolle Vermieterin, sehr zuvorkommend. Kann man nur empfehlen!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Were there skiing for the weekend. A great landlady, very accommodating. I can only recommend it! We'll definitely be back.

Great accommodation were 3 days of skiing Ski bus runs right outside the front door Owner is super friendly would come back anytime.

Dies ist in einem Touristengebiet, bei dem die Gäste ein und ausgehen, wie in Sölden sicher nicht selbstverständlich. Es ist alles sehr familär und alle haben ihr Herz am rechten Fleck. Liebe Renate, dir und deinem Team weiterhin viel Erfolg und bis zum nächsten Mal - viele Grüße von dem mit dem Camper ;-) I usually write few reviews, but I just have to write something about the hospitality of Renate and her family. This is certainly not a matter of course in a tourist area where guests come and go, as in Sölden. It's all very familiar and everyone has their heart in the right place. G	Gerrit Richter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe vor Ort. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Hauswirtin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden, sowie eine Bushaltestelle die direkt vor der Haustür ist. Wie würden immer wieder dort buchen. We were there with a larger group. The rooms were very clean and each room had its own bathroom. The landlady was very nice and accommodating. Sufficient parking spaces are also available, as well as a bus stop right in front of the front door. We would book there again and again.
