Das Chalet strahlt Gemütlichkeit und Ruhe aus und hat alles was wir für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Aussicht toll. Prädikat sehr Empfehlenswert!! Es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt, voll eingerichtete Küche, Elektrogrill, Kaffeevollautomat, Whirlpool... Die Eigentümer haben Tiere (Alpaka, Ziegen, Schafe, Esel etc.) die man wunderbar beobachten und teilweise auch streicheln kann. Nicht nur für Kinder super :) Die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig sympathisch, nett und sehr aufmerksam. Preis-Leistung ist top. Diese Unterkunft hat überall zurecht hervorragende Bewertungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!! We were happy. The house is great and the view a dream. It is very comfortable and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is there what your heart desires, fully equipped kitchen, electric grill, coffee machine, whirlpool ... The owners have animals (alpaca, goats, sheep, donkeys, etc.) which you can watch wonderful and sometimes caress. Not only for kids super :) The hosts are very sympathetic, nice and very attentive. Price-performance is great. This accommodation has rightly excellent reviews everywhere. Highly Recommended!!!

Отличный дом с двумя каминами и джакузи перед домом. Вся мебель из натурального дерева. Замечательный вид из окна на горы- это просто чудо. Рядом с домом животные- Альпаки, ослы и бараны. Два дня в этом доме были как в сказке. По выездку хозяин зашёл к нам чтобы поздравить с Новым Годом и подарил шампанское. Здорово что есть такие люди которые с душой и любовью делают своё дело. Спасибо Вам большое, охотно приедим ещё не раз. Счастливого и продуктивного 2020 Нового года! Very friendly and welcoming hosts. They came out to meet us with the whole family. ?? Explained and showed everything that might be needed. Great house with two fireplaces and a jacuzzi in front of the house. All furniture is made of natural wood. A wonderful view of the mountains from the window is just a miracle. Near the house there are animals - Alpacas, donkeys and rams. Two days in this house were like a fairy tale. After dressage, the owner came to us to wish a Happy New Year and gave us champagne. It's great that there are people who do their job with soul and love. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come again and again. Happy and productive 2020 New Year!

But no wash machine and microwave in the house and planning inside is not convenient: access to bathroom only through one of bedrooms. Also there is no feeling that you are alone: you live side by side with the owner and he use territory as he wants. For example he saw that we travelled with small kids, but allowed big dog to walk on the territory even after we asked him to not do that.

It is located in very quite place, 5 mins driving from Stams municipality. House is very authentic, there are many details which makes it so cozy and comfortable. The view from widows is adorable. There are 3 fireplaces and really great jacuzzi outside with warm water. Everything was super clean. The host and his family are the kindest people we ever met. They were always in contact with us and provided everything we need. Also we were so surprised to get Christmas presents from them. We will definitely come back again. Can recommend this place to everybody for relaxing or active stay.
