Die Kaution rückt er nicht mehr raus, obwohl das ganze Haus geputzt war und wir nichts beschädigt haben. Ich rate jedem sich das genau zu überlegen ob man sich hier einmieten will. Is that how you deal with your guests? The landlord was at the handover of the house mega rude. Talking wrong. The deposit he does not move out, although the whole house was cleaned and we did not damage anything. I advise everyone to think carefully about whether you want to rent here.

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr nett und die Tipps die wir von ihm bekamen waren empfehlenswert. Die Hütte bietet reichlich Platz und war für unser Wochenende genau das richtige. Werden gerne wieder kommen... Very good location of the cottage, great views and quiet. The contact with the landlord was very nice from the beginning and the tips we got from him were recommended. The cabin offers plenty of space and was just right for our weekend. Will gladly come again ...

We had a great weekend here! Nice, spacious, neatly furnished cottage, wonderfully located. Contact with owner was friendly and easy.

Das Haus ist in mehrere meist 2-Bettzimmer mit eigenen Bädern aufgeteilt, verfügt über 2 gemütliche Aufenthaltsräume und ist insgesamt sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist super, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick über das Kleinwalsertal. Wanderungen zu verschiedenen Almen sind direkt ab dem Haus möglich, WLAN gibt es aber auch :) Vor dem Haus sind ausreichend private Parkplätze für 10+ Autos. Die Übergabe mit dem Vermieter hat reibungslos geklappt, wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! We had a great weekend at Haus Gamsblick! The house is divided into several mostly 2-bed rooms with private bathrooms, has 2 cozy lounges and is very spacious overall. The location is great, from the terrace you have a great view over the Kleinwalsertal. Hikes to different pastures are possible directly from the house, but there is also Wi-Fi :) In front of the house are enough private parking for 10+ cars. The handover with the landlord went smoothly, we were very satisfied and will be back!
