Umtausch nur als Gutschein und die komplette Rechnung einbehalten, also wenn ein anderes Teil kaputt geht steht man da. Für so eine langjährige Firma ein Armutszeugnis. Nie wieder einkaufen dort, Gutschein wurde verschenkt, garzon ade... Antwort... sie sollten die Bewertung richtig lesen... wieso sollte ich ein kaputtes teil das ich bekommen habe und stattdessen wo anders ein neues kaufen musste nicht einfach das geld zurück bekommen?? Das wäre Kundenservice Broken jelly bought for a wedding, not dressed because I noticed at home that one seam is open. Bought something in the other shop for the wedding. Exchange only as a voucher and keep the entire invoice, so if another part breaks you are there. For such a long-standing company, a certificate of poverty. No more shopping there, voucher was given away, goodbye to garzon ... Answer ... you should read the review correctly ... why should I get a broken part that I got and buy a new one instead, not just get the money back? That would be customer service

Mit sehr guter Beratung meine ich sehr bemühtes Personal, das keinen Kaufdruck aufkommen lässt, aber sich gleichzeitig viel Zeit für jeden Kunden nimmt. Wahrscheinlich dadurch möglich, dass relativ viel Verkaufspersonal vor Ort ist - finde ich klasse. I can only agree with the previous speakers. Very good selection for men with very good advice. By very good advice, I mean very hard-working staff who do not put pressure to buy, but at the same time take a lot of time for each customer. Probably possible because there is a relatively large number of sales staff on site - I think it's great.
