Wir sind seit 19 Jahren gelegentliche Kunden, gestern hatten wir die erste Reklamation. Ich hatte einen großen Blumenstrauß für ein Geburtstagskind gekauft. Leider ließen die herrlichen Blumen bereits nach drei Tagen ihre Köpfe hängen. Ich kontaktierte die Verkäuferin die wiederum kontaktierte ihre Chefin und umgehend wurde mir daraufhin kulanter Weise einen Gutschein im selben Betrag ausstellt.
Eine sehr großzügige Geste und nicht selbstverständlich in der heutigen Zeit!

We have been occasional customers for 19 years, yesterday we had our first complaint. I had bought a large bouquet for a birthday child. Unfortunately, the beautiful flowers hung their heads after just three days. I contacted the seller, who in turn contacted her boss and was promptly graciously issued a voucher for the same amount.
A very generous gesture and not a matter of course nowadays!
