Was not satisfied with the goods (12 pelargoniums red, large pots), too expensive, will definitely buy somewhere else next year

Was served and advised great, even though it was just lunch break. Wonderful glass houses to look at and collect ideas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Spätherbst hab ich meine Palme zum Überwintern abholen lassen . Vorher noch umgetopft , gereinigt und im guten Zustand übergeben.
Heute hab ich meine Palme wiederbekommen. Kein Kommentar zum Zustand! Aber mein neuer Hochwertiger Topf ist auf mehreren Stellen gebrochen. Hab gleich angerufen und stoße nur auf Ablehnung und Ausreden ! Meine Palme ist über 3 Meter und dementsprechend kostet mir auch ein Neuer Topf jetzt wieder viel Geld umsonst:(
In late autumn I had my palm picked up for the winter. Repotted, cleaned and handed over in good condition.
Today I got my palm back. No comment on the condition! But my new high-quality pot has broken in several places. I called right away and only encounter rejection and excuses! My palm is over 3 meters and accordingly a new pot costs me a lot of money again for free :(
