★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein top Geschäft mit top Auswahl. Obwohl es den Stoff eigentlich nicht mehr gab, wurde noch einmal die Rolle Garn heraus geholt und geschneidert. Für so einen Service und Geschäft setzt man sich auch extra gerne in den Zug von Wien nach Salzburg. Jetzt sind meine Kleider Größen vor Ort im Kartei System hinterlegt und wann immer ich etwas benötige, kann ich via Telefon und E-Mail ganz passend zu meinem Kleider Stil inklusiver Namens Kürzel bestellen.

A top store with top selection. Although the fabric actually no longer existed, the roll of yarn was taken out and tailored again. For such a service and business, you also like to get on the train from Vienna to Salzburg. Now my clothes sizes are stored on site in the card index system and whenever I need something, I can order by phone and e-mail to match my clothes style including the name abbreviation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr verärgert habe Anfang bis Mitte Dezember etwas bestellt dann habe ich 2 Wochen gewartet und immer noch nix bekommen. Dann habe ich per Mail angefragt und mir wurde gesagt der Artikel ist nicht auf Lager. Nach einigen Tagen hin und her habe ich gesagt sie sollen mir bitte mein Geld zurück überweisen dann kam keine Antwort mehr jetzt warte ich bestimmt schon 5 Wochen und habe mein Geld immer noch nicht. Und die Dame an der Hotline meint es wird als bearbeitet. Ich bin echt sauer.
I am very upset I ordered something from the beginning to the middle of December, then I waited 2 weeks and still got nothing. Then I asked by email and I was told the item is not in stock. After a few days back and forth I said please transfer my money back to me, then there was no answer. I have been waiting for 5 weeks and still do not have my money. And the lady on the hotline thinks it will be processed. I am really angry.
