★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben ein sehr schönes Stück in der Galerie erworben. Die Lieferung war aufgrund der Weihnachtszeit erst für das neue Jahr vereinbart. Nur auf telefonische Anfrage bekam ich die Auskunft, wann das Möbel verpackt wurde. Gut eine Woche später als vereinbart. Es gab keinerlei Info, welcher Spediteur beauftragt wurde. Der stand dann unangemeldet vor der Tür, natürlich als niemand da war. Rückfrage in der Galerie: Die Ehefrau würde abends eine Mail mit allen nötigen Angaben schicken...auch darauf warten wir vergeblich. Heute kam dann - nachdem sich die Spedition gestern telefonisch meldete - die Lieferung. Allerdings nur bis zur Bordsteinkante. Es war eine Quälerei, das Möbel dann in die Wohnung zu bekommen. Obendrein muss ich jetzt noch eine Holzpalette entsorgen lassen. Schlechter und Kundenunfreundlicher kann ein Service nicht sein.
We bought a very nice piece in the gallery. Due to the Christmas season, the delivery was only agreed for the new year. I was only given information about when the furniture was being packed after a telephone request. A good week later than agreed. There was no information whatsoever as to which freight forwarder was employed. He then stood in front of the door unannounced, of course when nobody was there. Inquiry in the gallery: The wife would send an email with all the necessary information in the evening ... we also wait in vain for that. Then today - after the forwarding agent called yesterday - the delivery came. But only up to the curb. It was torture to get the furniture into the apartment. On top of that, I now have to have a wooden pallet disposed of. Service couldn't be worse or less customer-friendly.
