Das ganze Team ist für einen da und sehr geduldig bei Fragen, nehmen sich für einen ausgiebig Zeit, auch bei Gesundheitlichen Problemen wird man super und kompetent beraten! Unsere kleine hatte sehr viel Magen Darm Probleme .. Durchfall etc. das ganze drum und dran. Dank der tollen Beratung wusste ich meiner kleinen Pudeldame ohne Medikamente zu helfen und nach langer Suche endlich hier das passende Futter gefunden, auch die tolle Spielzeug und Zubehör Auswahl ist nicht zu vergessen. Wir sind sehr glücklich dieses Geschäft gefunden zu haben. Danke für alles!
 The best advice and product selection! The whole team is there for you and is very patient with questions, takes plenty of time for you, and you will be given great and competent advice on health problems! Our little one had a lot of gastrointestinal problems .. diarrhea etc. all the bells and whistles. Thanks to the great advice, I knew how to help my little poodle lady without medication and after a long search I finally found the right food here, also the great selection of toys and accessories should not be forgotten. We are very happy to have found this shop. Thank you for everything!

They have always charged us the same price We took them two days ago to get groomed and they charged us 55 euros more than usual and said it is because they "increased their pricing for the new year"....Increased by 55 euros? Absolutely ridiculous. We will never come back here. They did not tell us this beforehand and said they had no way of knowing how long the grooming would take when it has taken the same amount of time every time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have brought our two goldendoodles there for two years for dog grooming and have always paid €65 for one dog and €70 for another. My husband just picked them up and paid €190 for them. When I called and expressed that I was upset, they told me they increased their pricing this year and DID NOT TELL ME beforehand. They also refused to acknowledge their mistake or refund us and claim it took them 3 1/2 hours and that’s why they charged us that (IT HAS ALWAYS TAKEN THEM THAT long) not to mention they were shaved which does not take 3 /12 hours. Wont ever come back here and will go to a place that’s up front and honest about their pricing
