★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte ein Leck unter der Abwasch (Eckventil war defekt und tropfte). Machte mir einen Termin aus und man teilte mir am Telefon mit, dass sich am Nachmittag wer melden wird... Denkste... Kurz vor Schluss (16:55) dann selbst angerufen und man sagte mir es geht sich doch nicht aus. Fazit: Ich habe immer noch ein Leck und ich musste teuer einen anderen Installateur außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten engagieren! So gehts bitte nicht! Ist ja nicht grad so, dass das kein Notfall wäre...
Had a leak under the dishes (corner valve was broken and dripping). I made an appointment and they told me on the phone that someone would report in the afternoon ... Think ... Shortly before the end (16:55) I called myself and I was told that it was not going to work out. Conclusion: I still have a leak and I had to hire another installer out of opening hours! Please don't go like this! Isn't that not an emergency ...
