★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten ein Marketingpaket bei dieser Firma bestellt. Wir haben monatlich mehr als 100 Euro gezahlt und haben dafür nichts bekommen... bei den Reservierungen und Buchungen war trotz des Paketes leider kein Unterschied zu sehen.
 Ordered a marketing package from this company. We paid more than 100 euros a month and didn't get anything for it ... Unfortunately, there was no difference in reservations and bookings despite the package.

Nach Auftragserteilung ging es zu einem Termin nach Lofer, bei dem die Eckdaten besprochen werden und man seine Ideen und Wünsche kund gibt. Danach arbeiten die Webdesigner und Texter an der Seite und einige Wochen später bekommt man dann das Ergebnis präsentiert. Der Ablauf, die Kommunikation, das Know-How und schlussendlich die Umsetzung haben bei uns genau ins Schwarze getroffen. Wir waren bzw. sind immer noch begeistert von unserer neuen Webseite und dem Kundenservice der Firma. Die ebenfalls großartigen Rückmeldungen unserer Gäste, unterstreichen dabei unsere Zufriedenheit. Besonders überzeugt waren wir von dem umfassenden Service, welcher angeboten wird. Man ist für jedes Thema bei fullmarketing gut aufgehoben und an der richtigen Stelle! We had our website renewed by Fullmarketing in 2020 "after reaching for the toilet", which made us disappear into Google Nirvana. After the order had been placed, there was an appointment in Lofer, where the key data was discussed and one announced one's ideas and wishes. After that, the web designers and copywriters work on the site and a few weeks later you will be presented with the result. The process, the communication, the know-how and finally the implementation hit the mark with us. We were, and still are, delighted with our new website and the company's customer service. The equally great feedback from our guests underlines our satisfaction. We were particularly impressed by the comprehensive service that is offered. You are in good hands for every topic at fullmarketing and in the right place! Questions are answered quickly and (technical) requests are well addressed - an all-round package, so to speak.
