★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einen Stern für den freundlichen Empfang. Anstelle einer kooperativen Vorgehensweise nur der Vorwurf der falschen Handhabung. Hab das Gerät da gelassen, nach meinem ersten Anruf erfahren, das man schaut was man tun kann. Nach dem zweiten Anruf erfahren, das die nächsten 2 Tage Inventur ist und in ca. 1.5 Wochen mal in das Gerät geschaut wird. Gerät wieder abgeholt!!!
One star for the friendly welcome. Instead of a cooperative approach, only the accusation of incorrect handling. Left the device there, found out after my first call that you were looking at what you could do. After the second call, I found out that the next 2 days will be an inventory and that the device will be checked in about 1.5 weeks. Device picked up again !!!
