Kurze Fußsstrecke zum Bäcker und Strandbad das mit der Seenlandkarte Täglich kostenlos und so oft wie man will besucht werden kann. Klares Plus da man so oft raus und rein kann wie man will. Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher zur kostenlosen leihe. Die große Ferienwohnung ist TOP ausgestattet. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Badezimmer. Die beiden Vermieter empfanden wir als sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf nächstes Jahr. 14 days very nice family vacation. With a large garden and games and climbing facilities for our two kiddies (4 and 7 years). Short walk to the bakery and beach with the Seenlandkarte Daily free and as often as you want can be visited. Clear plus since you can get out as often as you want. Board games and books for free lending. The large apartment is equipped TOP. Both the kitchen and the bathroom. The two landlords we found very accommodating and nice. We are already looking forward to next year.
K	Katharina Hauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine nette Woche im Seenland und die Unterkunft in der großen Ferienwohnungen war in Ordnung, einige Kleinigkeiten passen aber nicht so gut, daher nur 3 Sterne: die Fahrräder, die man bei der Pension ausborgen kann sind nicht besonders gut in Schuss; die Böden im ganzen Haus knarren so stark, dass man jeden Schritt der Nachbarn hört; beim Gitterbett, das zur Verfügung gestellt wurde ist nur eine 2 cm dicke Matratze drinnen, durch die man das Gestänge stark spürt; das Benutzen der Waschmaschine wurde teurer verrechnet als angeschrieben; für den Geschirrspüler waren keine Tabs verfügbar. Das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten, die sich aber etwas summieren. Positiv kann man hervorheben, dass die Wohnung geräumig ist, die Betten bequem, die Küche relativ gut ausgestattet und Betreiber hilfsbereit und nett sind. We had a nice week in the lake country and the accommodation in the large apartments was fine, but a few small things are not so good, so only three stars: the bicycles, which you can borrow from the guesthouse are not very well maintained; the floors in the house creak so hard that you hear every step of the neighbors; at the cot, which was made available is only a 2 cm thick mattress inside, through which you can feel the linkage strong; the use of the washing machine was charged more expensive than written on; There were no tabs available for the dishwasher. These are just little things, but add up something. On a positive note, the apartment is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is relatively well equipped and the operators are helpful and nice.
K	Karin Neu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, die Zimmer geräumig, wir hatten sogar 2 Balkone, sehr gute Matratzen, Rolläden, geräumige Küche mit guter Ausstattung, sehr zentrale Lage, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar, auch das schöne Strandbad. Das Einzige was mir nicht so gefiel, war das Frühstück, Buffetpreis 11 Euro, wegen Covid kein Buffet, sondern serviertes Frühstück zum gleichen Preis. Man muss es aber nicht dazubuchen. Gleich daneben ist übrigens eine tolle Bäckerei. The landlords were very nice, the rooms spacious, we even had 2 balconies, very good mattresses, shutters, spacious kitchen with good equipment, very central location, restaurants within walking distance, also the beautiful lido. The only thing I didn't like so much was the breakfast, buffet price 11 euros, because of Covid no buffet, but served breakfast for the same price. But you don't have to book it. Incidentally, there is a great bakery right next to it.

Stühle im Zimmer waren ohne Polsterung ausgestattet, im Zimmer war nur ein elektrischer Beistellofen .Dass Bad war eine Katastrophe, nur eine Höhensonne war im der Lampe integriert und Warmwasser war in ca. 5 min erst verfügbar. Badeinrichtung aus den 50er Jahren. Zimmer mit Seeblick wurde versprochen, minimaler Durchblick zum See war vorhanden. Dass einzige positive war dass Frühstück sowie der Frühstücksraum. Die Gastgeber waren zwar freundlich aber sehr distanziert. Waren schon öfters in der Salzburger Gegend ,aber diese Unterkunft ist lin keinster Weise landestypisch eingerichtet . The mattresses were ok, the room is out of date, very old-fashioned. Chairs in the room were equipped without upholstery, in the room there was only an electric side stove. The bathroom was a disaster, only a sun lamp was integrated in the lamp and hot water was only available in about 5 minutes. Bathroom furnishings from the 50s. Room with a lake view was promised, a minimal view of the lake was available. The only positive thing was the breakfast as well as the breakfast room. The hosts were friendly but very distant. Have been to the Salzburg area several times, but this accommodation is in no way furnished in a way that is typical of the country.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Pension Oitner is a very cozy house, the host couple is very nice and friendly. The location is great, 1 minute to the lake and the bakery. Very good value for money.
