★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche Gastgeberin. Tolles Zimmer und modernes Bad. Wunderschöner Ausblick und gutes Frühstück.
Wenn man reinkommt sieht es etwas unordentlich aus aber hatte wohl was mit den ganzen Kindern zu tun. Alles in allem für 1-2 Nächte eine sehr schöne Unterkunft
 Kind hostess. Great room and modern bathroom. Beautiful view and good breakfast.
When you come in it looks a bit messy but it had something to do with all the children. All in all a very nice place to stay for 1-2 nights

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliches Personal, Frühstück hatte gute Auswahl, jedes Zimmer hatte einen Balkon oder Terrasse. Für eine Urlaubsregion wie Mayrhofen ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Die Bahnen sind von der Pension aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Abschied hab es noch ein kleines Glas selbstgemachte Marmelade.
Friendly staff, breakfast had a good selection, every room had a balcony or terrace. For a holiday region like Mayrhofen, the price-performance ratio is very good. The railways are easily accessible on foot from the guest house. To say goodbye, I have a small jar of homemade jam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 17 days here in 2017, I work on the Snowbombing Festival so our hours can be late, the Staff/Family were always very accommodating and welcoming, the veiws from the balcony I had facing the Ahorn were stunning and the sound of the river whilst sitting on the balcony was something I never grew tired of, the hotel is situated perfectly for the Ahorn and is on the outskirts of the Town BUT that means you get to actually explore more of the Beautiful town.
Breakfast was always well stocked and consisted of fruit, cereals,hams,cheeses cooked eggs and bacon.
I would definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strange to read the reviews saying the staff is friendly, it's a great hotel and the rooms are clean. It doesn't seem we've gone to the same place.
We booked Snowhomes Christophorus, which can be any hotel around Mayrhofen. You will be forwarded at arrival.
The staff was very unfriendly to us. The welcome was: "Hi, your room is upstairs and breakfast is between X and X".
It seems multiple couples and children are living in the hotel. The whole day the hotel had a terrible odor in and around the venue. Which was only kept away by keeping the doors and window shut.
The room itself was dusty, outdated and the bathroom was absolutely needing repairs and renewal.
The housekeeping started quite early in our believe. Before 8.30h they would come into the room.
To be honest, we would not return to this hotel. There is better value for money in Mayrhofen. Nonetheless the hotel will stay crowded as they are within the surprise package of Mayrhofen. If we would have known the location upfront, we would have changed the booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here on ski vacation. It is a quiet place, mostly for families, the rooms are not big but have all the needed things. The rooms are heated as well. There is also a TV. The room service is minimal, the sheets are not changed but they tide the bed. The breakfast is very good, including meat, cheese, yogurt and some different cornflakes. Every morning there is coffee or tea and juice. The staff is a family which lives here and was very nice to us. Its 5-10 minutes walk from the main gondola to Panken and 3 minutes to the Ahorn gondola. Take the lockers on the top of panken lift, it makes the morning much easier.
