M	Martina Meyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich, Gäste scheinen ein nötiges Übel zu sein. Appartments sind schlecht ausgestattet und abgewohnt. Skikeller kaum beheizt. Very rude, guests seem to be a necessary evil. Apartments are poorly equipped and worn. Ski room barely heated.

Das war das Beste, was uns passieren konnte. Hier haben wir ein zweites Zuhause gefunden. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich vorbildlich um das Wohl ihrer Gäste und hat für alle Extrawünsche stets ein offenes Ohr. Ob als Single oder als Familie / Gruppe unterwegs, jeder wird zuvorkommend behandelt. Wir können immer nur danke sagen für die fürsorgliche und überaus freundliche Betreuung. Hier stimmt einfach alles!!! For many years we come to Flachau. We tried a lot and ended up by chance with the Skringer family. That was the best thing that could happen to us. Here we have found a second home. The host looks after the well-being of her guests and always has an open ear for all extra wishes. Whether as a single or as a family / group on the way, everyone is treated courteous. We can only say thank you for the caring and extremely friendly care. Everything is just right here !!!

Die Sauna am Abend war das I-Tüpfelchen in dieser tollen Skiwoche. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter! Ursula und Rainer We were two for a week in a very clean and friendly designed apartment. The equipment is great! The sauna in the evening was the icing on the cake in this great ski week. We are happy to recommend the house! Ursula and Rainer

Die Gastwirtin ist sehr nett und um ihre Gäste sehr bemüht. Ski Bus fährt direkt vor dem Haus los, 3 mal pro Stunde . 5 Minuten bis zum grossen Skigebiet. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien:) Great apartment, spacious and lovingly furnished. Very clean and cozy. 1 sauna available in a quiet ambience. The landlady is very nice and takes care of her guests. Ski bus starts right in front of the house, 3 times an hour. 5 minutes to the large ski area. Highly recommended for families :)
I	IbizaOlic _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Sehr herzliche und nette Gastgeber bei denen man sich einfach wohlfühlt. Liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere & gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Die Haltestelle vom Skibus befindet sich direkt am Haus (auch Postbus) und man erreicht mit diesem die Liftanlagen in unter 5min. Die Skisachen können ganz bequem im beheizten Skikeller abgestellt werden. Daneben verfügt die Unterkunft über eine Sauna, welche nach kurzer Anmeldung ganz liebevoll von den Gastgebern hergerichtet wurde (Kerzen, Musik,...). Hier mache ich definitiv wieder Urlaub!!! A highly recommended place to stay. Very warm and nice hosts where you just feel good. Lovingly furnished and clean & well maintained apartment. The stop of the ski bus is located directly at the house (also Postbus) and you can reach with this the lifts in less than 5 minutes. The ski gear can be easily stored in the heated ski room. In addition, the accommodation has a sauna, which after a short registration lovingly prepared by the hosts (candles, music, ...). Here I definitely go back vacation!
A	Avishai Warszawski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 5 nights in the summer. We stayed in appartment type II which has 2 bedrooms and a living room eith our 4.5 and 2 year old. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the cooking utilities needed, towels, bedding etc. Bakery at the end of the street, walking distance and a supermarket 5 min drive away. The garden is huge with toys for the kids and a trampoline! A great place to have a meal on a good day. The family was very nice and helpful in our personal needs and informative regarding tourist attraction in the area.
