Das Frühstück mit selbstgemachte Marmeladen, Porridge, Gemüse, Wurst, Käse und wunderbaren Brot war ein perfekter Beginn des Tages. Die Inhaberin Frau Brandlmayr gibt jeden Gast das Gefühl im Mittelpunkt zu stehen. So einen Urlaub am schönen Attersee gerne wieder. Very nice, cozy hotel with nice ambience and wonderful garden. The breakfast with homemade jams, porridge, vegetables, sausage, cheese and wonderful bread was a perfect start to the day. The owner Mrs. Brandlmayr gives every guest the feeling to be the center of attention. Such a holiday on beautiful Attersee like again.

Geniale Küche zum Frühstück und zu Abend (auf Bestellung). Gesamteindruck hervorragend, beim genau Schauen bleiben ein paar kleine Wünsche offen (Bodenreinigung Zimmer, Lift, größerer Badeplatz). Creative new staging of the classic summer resort with a mixed audience of holiday makers, families and friends of the house. Ingenious cuisine for breakfast and dinner (to order). Overall impression excellent, if you look closely, a few small wishes remain unfulfilled (floor cleaning of the room, elevator, larger bathing area).
K	Klaudia Bachinger (KB) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selten so unwillkommen gefühlt. Irgendetwas stimmt nicht mit dieser überaus charmant eingerichteten und liebevoll renovierten Pension. Es gibt den Spruch, dass man sich vor allem Eines merkt, nämlich jenes Gefühl welches das Gegenüber bei einem hinterlassen hat. Das Gefühl, welches das Hanslmann-Personal bei uns hinterlassen hat, war, dass wir nicht wirklich willkommen sind. Das hat beim Frühstück begonnen, wenn unsere Bestellung nur halb angekommen ist, oder das Essen zuerst und das Besteck sobald das Essen kalt war. Und als wir sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, ein genervtes Achselzucken und „Jo kummt scho“ zurückgeworfen wurde. Und es hat sich durchgezogen bis zum letzten Tag, wo die Service-Mitarbeiterin nicht einmal wusste, dass wir abreisen und uns bei schlechtem Wetter auch nicht gestattet hat noch 1-2 Stunden im Aufenthaltsraum ein Buch zu lesen. Was toll ist, sind die Design-Details, das Essen, der Badesteg, die großzügigen und charmanten Räumlichkeiten sowie der riesige Garten. Was schade ist, ist das offensichtlich spürbares schlechte Management, ein Lächeln im Gesicht der Mitarbeiterinnen und ein bodenständiger Schmäh. Das macht aus einem kleinen Juwel leider ein eher ungemütliches Haus. Eine weitere Chance würd ich ihnen trotzdem geben ☺️ Seldom felt so unwelcome. Something is wrong with this charmingly furnished and lovingly renovated guesthouse. There is a saying that you remember one thing above all, namely the feeling that the other person has left you with. The feeling that the Hanslmann staff left with us was that we are not really welcome. It started with breakfast, when our order was only halfway there, or the food first and the cutlery as soon as the food was cold. And when we pointed it out, an annoyed shrug and "Jo kummt scho" was thrown back. And it went on until the last day, when the service employee didn't even know that we were leaving and, in bad weather, didn't allow us to read a book in the lounge for 1-2 hours. What is great are the design details, the food, the bathing jetty, the spacious and charming rooms and the huge garden. What is a shame is the obviously noticeable bad management, a smile on the face of the employees and a down-to-earth abuse. Unfortunately, that turns a little gem into a rather uncomfortable house. I would still give them another chance ☺️
