★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Support ist unerreichbar. Obwohl einem gesagt wird man soll in dr Leitung bleiben bekommt men niemanden ans Telefon. 3Versuche jeweils üner eine Viertelstunde in der Warteschlange. Es wäre ehrlicher zu sagen "wir wollen nicht angerufenb werden. Lassen Sie uns mit Ihren Problemen in Ruhe".
 The support is unreachable. Although one is told to stay on the line, nobody gets on the phone. 3Try in the queue for a quarter of an hour each time. It would be more honest to say "we don't want to be called. Leave your problems alone".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht nur das man X-mal anrufen muss bis endlich jemand abhebt, muss man Monate warten bis ein Garantie Antrag bearbeitet und erledigt wird!
Fronius ist zwar eine gute Marke, aber bei der Betreuung von bestehenden Anlagen sind dann alle taub und man erreicht niemanden mehr! Fronius Produkte würde ich nicht mehr kaufen!!!!!!
Not only do you have to call X times before someone finally picks up, you have to wait months for a guarantee application to be processed and settled!
Fronius is a good brand, but when it comes to looking after existing systems, everyone is deaf and you can no longer reach anyone! I would not buy Fronius products again!!!!!!
