K	Karsten Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben seit kurzem einen Kessel dieser Firma. Der Kessel selber funktioniert sehr gut. Jedoch sind die Serviceleistungen sehr schlecht. Wir haben keinen Ansprechpartner im Service für Rückfragen. Alle Informationen zur Anlage muss man sich aus der Bedienungsanleitung erlesen. Wir haben einen Wartungsvertrag vorgelegt bekommen ohne Leistungsbeschreibung oder die Möglichkeit auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Unterscheiden und zurücksenden war die einzige Information. Bei Anrufen beim Service ist man 20 Minuten in der Warteschleife. Die Umsetzung der App ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Bedienungsanleitung behandelt das Thema nur am Rande. Die Einrichtung ist alles andere als Benutzerfreundlich und die App funktioniert teilweise nicht. Wenn man bedenkt das die über 10T Euro für so einen Kessel haben wollen ist das eine sehr dünne Leistung. Ich hoffe nur das das Ding nie Probleme hat, dann sind wir aufgeschmissen. We recently got a boiler from this company. The boiler itself works very well. However, the services are very poor. We have no contact person in the service for questions. All information on the system must be read from the operating instructions. We have received a maintenance contract without a service description or the opportunity to respond to our requests. Distinguishing and sending back was the only information. When calling service, you are on hold for 20 minutes. The implementation of the app is no longer up to date. The instruction manual only deals with the topic in passing. The setup is anything but user-friendly and the app sometimes doesn't work. If you consider that they want more than 10T euros for such a boiler, that's a very thin achievement. I just hope that the thing never has any problems, then we are stuck.

Auch das neue Werk 3 mit der Produktion war interessant Goods for a training course at the Froling company. Training rooms were well equipped and all questions could be answered directly. S	Smitty Werben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalausfall des Ofens durch einen 10 sek. Stromausfall im Haus. Softwareproblem mit dem Fehler "Q-Bus Verbindung unterbrochen". Ofen konnte Softwarebedingt nicht starten bzw. hochfahren. 2 Tage später war Techniker vor Ort und wusste erst keinen Rat. Software neu aufgespielt. Das hat den Fehler behoben. Rechnung dafür waren ca. 400 Euro, davon 2x102 Euro Arbeitslohn und 100 Euro Anfahrtspauschale. Reparatur fand unter der Woche 14 Uhr statt. Da ich den Rechnungsbetrag unverhältnismäßig hoch fand, habe ich die Servicehotline angerufen. Der Mitarbeiter war wenig einsichtig und antwortet auf meine Fragen eher unsachlich. An der Rechnung könne nicht reduziert werden. Es seien normale Preise. Bildet euch nun eure eigene Meinung über die Firma Fröling und deren Produkte sowie Kundenservice. Meine Meinung: Dass die Software eines Ofens wegen einem kurzen Stromausfall dermaßen zerschossen wird, finde ich zumindest nicht normal und es spricht wohl eher nicht für die Qualität deren Produkte. Und für das Aufspielen einer neuen Software 400 Euro zu verlangen, finde ich einfach unverschämt. Total failure of the furnace due to a 10 sec. Power failure in the house. Software problem with the error "Q-Bus connection interrupted". Oven could not start or boot due to software. 2 days later the technician was on site and didn't know what to do at first. Software reloaded. That fixed the error. The bill for this was around 400 euros, including 2x102 euros in wages and 100 euros for travel expenses. Repair took place during the week at 2 p.m. Since I found the invoice amount disproportionately high, I called the service hotline. The employee was not very insightful and answered my questions rather unobjectively. The bill cannot be reduced. They are normal prices. Now form your own opinion about the Fröling company and its products and customer service. My opinion: At least I don't think it's normal that the software of an oven is shot up like this because of a brief power failure and it probably doesn't speak for the quality of their products. And asking 400 euros to install new software is simply outrageous.
