Schade! Vielen DANK für ihre Antwort! Über Sinnhaftigkeit lässt sich diskutieren.. In meinen Augen ist es sinnvoll, wenn ein Betrieb lieber mal ein STOP einlegt und offen kommuniziert, dass die Kapazitäten erschöpft sind, anstatt Angebote zu versprechen und diese können dann nicht abgeliefert werden. Da ist es dann auch aus meiner Sicht fraglich, ob das zwei stündige Beratungsgespräch bei ihnen im Büro in der Zimmerei sinnvoll war... Auf jeden Fall war es nicht nur eine schnelle com:Bau - Anfrage oder ein E-Mail. Da hätte ich noch eher Verständnis. Aber wie gesagt...über Sinnhaftigkeit lässt sich diskutieren und jeder darf seine Meinung haben.... damit belasse ich es und wünsche ihnen alles Gute für ihren Betrieb! One can discuss meaningfulness. In my opinion, it makes sense if a company prefers to put in a STOP and openly communicate that the capacities are exhausted instead of promising offers and these cannot then be delivered. From my point of view, it is then questionable whether the two-hour consultation with you in the carpentry office made sense ... In any case, it wasn't just a quick com: construction inquiry or email. I would have more understanding. But as I said ... you can discuss meaningfulness and everyone can have their own opinion ... L	Linus Weiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mussten zuerst ca. 3 Monate auf ein simples Erst-Gespräch warten. Uns wurde dann gesagt wir würden bald ein Angebot und ein paar Videos zu den Häusern erhalten. Als ein paar Wochen nichts kam wurden nach erneuter telefonischer Nachfrage die Videos geliefert (waren einfach nur 1-2 Links, Arbeitsaufwand vielleicht 2 Minuten), mit der Anmerkung, dass das Angebot so bald wie möglich auch nachgereicht wird. Einen Monat später ist immer noch kein Angebot da. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen wie schwer es sein kann für ein Fertigteil-Haus mit fixen Kosten ein Angebot zu erstellen, wo alle anderen Anbieter das auch in ein paar Minuten herkriegen ?‍♀️Wir haben uns jetzt für einen anderen Anbieter entschieden. First had to wait about 3 months for a simple first conversation. We were then told we would get an offer and a few videos about the houses soon. When nothing came for a few weeks, after a renewed telephone request, the videos were delivered (were just 1-2 links, workload maybe 2 minutes), with the note that the offer will be submitted as soon as possible. A month later there is still no offer. I can't imagine how difficult it can be to prepare an offer for a prefabricated house with fixed costs, where all other providers can get it in a few minutes ?‍♀️We have now decided on another provider.
