Nachdem ich nach 30min warten gefragt habe wie lang es noch dauert habe ich die Information erhalten "sicher noch 10 min" - das war mir dann einfach zu lange. Ich war viele Jahre dort und die Mitarbeiterinnen wissen dass es nur 3min für mich sind um da zu sein. Es hätte also gereicht: "wir rufen dich an wenn wir fertig sind es dauert HEUTE etwas länger". If you like to wait long, this is the right place for you. After waiting 30 minutes after I asked how long it would take, I received the information "probably another 10 minutes" - that was just too long for me. I've been there for many years and the staff know that it's only 3 minutes for me to be there. So it would have been enough: "we'll call you when we're done, it will take a little longer TODAY".
