Bei der Terminvereinbarung habe ich darauf hingewiesen, daß ich mit einem Rollator unterwegs bin, Frau Orth hat mir zugesagt, dass sie mir den Rollator die Stufen hinunterträgt,was auch bestens geklappt hat. Mich hat auch die Beratung beeindruckt und ich komme sicher gerne wieder!! Vielen Dank.
I can only give you great praise. When I made an appointment, I pointed out that I am traveling with a rollator, Ms. Orth has promised me that she will carry the rollator down the steps for me, which worked out very well. I was also impressed by the advice and I will definitely be back! Thanks very much.
