★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlicht skandalös. Habe zu Beginn der Woche einen Termin für Freitag 16 Uhr vereinbart. Nach 30 min Wartezeit wird ein anderer Kunde vorgezogen. Keine Erklärung, keine Entschuldigung. Eine absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder!
Simply scandalous. At the beginning of the week I made an appointment for Friday 4pm. After 30 minutes of waiting, another customer will be preferred. No explanation, no apology. An absolute cheek. Never again!
