Angefangen bei der herzlichen Begrüßung, über die entspannende Kopfmassage beim Waschen bis zur Beratung und dem Schnitt, einfach perfekt. Ich komme gerne wieder! I can recommend the intercoiffeur Eder with a clear conscience! Starting with a warm welcome, to a relaxing head massage while washing, to advice and the cut, just perfect. I will gladly come again!

Innerhalb einer Woche einen Termin bei einer sehr freundlichen, jungen und guten Friseurin erhalten. Leider gibt es von mir nur zwei Sterne für diesen Friseursalon. Wäre die Qualität der Friseurin nicht so zufriedenstellend gewesen, dass ich erneut einen Termin vereinbart habe würde es nur einen Stern geben. Beim zweiten Termin wurde nicht nur meine Terminzeit offenbar falsch notiert, sondern als ich zum vereinbart Zeitpunkt dort ankam wurde mir gesagt ich sei nicht pünktlich (4h zu spät zum Termin) und sowieso ist das auch nicht mehr wichtig da die Friseurin sich für den Tag krank gemeldet habe. Mir wurde weder bescheid gegeben, dass der Termin ausfällt noch wurde eine Alternative angeboten. Ich soll einfach morgen nochmal anrufen wie es aussieht. HALLO GEHTS NOCH?! Nicht nur, dass ich von der Dame am Infotresen unhöflich abgefertigt und vor den Kopf gestoßen wurde, sondern dass ich mich völlig unerwünscht gefühlt und meine Zeit verschwendet habe war der Fall. Für mich ein absolutes NoGo!!! Wer Kunden so behandelt verdient mein Geld auch nicht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen dieser Laden! I tried this shop in search of a sensible hairdresser. Receive an appointment with a very friendly, young and good hairdresser within a week. Unfortunately, I only have two stars for this hair salon. If the quality of the hairdresser had not been so satisfactory that I made another appointment, there would only be one star. In the second appointment, not only was my appointment time apparently wrong, but when I got there at the agreed time, I was told that I was not on time (4 hours late for the appointment) and anyway, that is no longer important because the hairdresser is sick for the day have reported. I was not informed that the appointment was canceled, nor was an alternative offered. I should just call tomorrow what it looks like. HELLO IS IT ?! Not only was the lady at the information counter impolite and bumped me into the head, but I also felt completely undesirable and wasted my time. For me an absolute NoGo !!! Who treats customers like this doesn't earn my money either. Absolutely not to recommend this shop!

Der Wohfühlfaktor ist echt ein Highlight! Ich bin heute mit einem Foto meiner Wunschfrisur dort hingekommen und bin MEGA zufrieden! DANKE an das gesamte Team! Anyone who values honest and competent advice, wants to experience cutting and dyeing to perfection and also wants to be warmly welcomed by the staff, is in good hands here. The feel-good factor is really a highlight! I went there today with a photo of my dream hairstyle and I am MEGA satisfied! Thanks to the entire team!

Am Eingang wurde ich freundlich begrüßt und nach der 3G Kontrolle zu einem hellen und gut ausgestatteten Platz begleitet. Die Friseurin war sehr freundlich und kompetent - die Frisur war top. Gerne wieder :) Reserving the appointment through the website was easy and took just a few steps. At the entrance I was greeted warmly and after the 3G control I was escorted to a bright and well-equipped place. The hairdresser was very friendly and competent - the hairstyle was great. Gladly again :)
