Bedienung sehr langsam, 45 Minuten auf Jause gewartet und dann noch unfteundliche Antwort erhalten.....vom Sohn des Hauses persönlich !!! Food and drinks very good. Service very slowly, waited 45 minutes for a snack and then received an unfounded answer ..... from the son of the house personally !!!

Du kannst nahezu alles verkosten und lernst dabei illustre Leute kennen. I foar gerne hin, seit ich es kenne !!! CH.FAUL A madness what you can buy there !!! Specialties from our Neighboring countries, an extremely well-stocked wine warehouse! You can taste almost anything and learn to be illustrious To know people. M	Manuel W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann die guten Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen, der Unfreundlicher Kontakt! Jeder Preis muss einzeln erfragt werden, Preise auf der Homepage sind aus 2009 ... Obst und Gemüse schaut gut aus, deshalb auch der zweite Stern! War unser erster Besuch, sind sehr oft auf Märkten im Ausland das kennen wir viel besser, in Graz gibts hier bei vielen türkischen Märkten ebenfalls gute Qualität wo Preise ausgezeichnet sind und der Kontakt wesentlich freundlicher ist, ebenfalls würde ich die Großmärkte in Graz bevorzugen! Schade, bin schon ewig in Graz und hab es aus Kärnten gesagt bekommen... Fazit: kann man sich sparen, keinen Ausflug wert! Denkmalschutz von außen ok, innen sieht es nach einer ungepflegten großen Halle aus... fleischereiverband Halle daneben ist fast noch schlechter.. (Regale staubig usw.) Can't understand the good reviews, the unfriendly contact! Each price has to be requested individually, prices on the homepage are from 2009 ... Fruit and vegetables look good, hence the second star! Was our first visit, we are very often in markets abroad we know that much better, in Graz there are also good quality in many Turkish markets where prices are excellent and the contact is much friendlier, I would also prefer the wholesale markets in Graz! It's a shame, I've been in Graz for ages and I was told from Carinthia ... Conclusion: you can save yourself, not worth a trip! Monument protection from the outside ok, inside it looks like a neglected large hall ... butcher's association hall next to it is almost even worse .. (shelves dusty etc.)

Jause ok, dann kam eine größere Runde die schon um 10.00 bestellt haben, die bekamen die Jause um 11.30! Auf den Hinweis, dass es schon sehr lange,dauert, kam die Antwort: Wir san jo ka Gasthaus!!!! Also uns sehen sie nie wieder!!!!! Absolutely can't share the positive reviews. Was there today with a friend, waited 50 min! for the snack, although only 4 people were there. Snack ok, then came a larger group of people who had already ordered at 10.00, they got the snack at 11.30! When I was told that it had been taking a long time, the answer came: Wir san jo ka Gasthaus !!!! So you will never see us again !!!!!

Tolle Auswahl an (vor allem, aber nicht nur) italienischen Spezialitäten. Ganz besonders die Auswahl an italienischen Käsesorten kann sich sehen lassen: z.B. Ricotta affumicata, Mozzarella affumicata, Taleggio, Trüffelkäse, Nusskäse,.... Der Chef ist sehr hilfsbereit & (Kinder-)freundlich! Die Location eignet sich auch hervorragend für z.B. Geburtstagsfeiern. Delicatessen in a large warehouse with a friendly atmosphere and a very cozy garden! Great selection of (especially, but not only) Italian specialties. Especially the selection of Italian cheeses is impressive: Ricotta affumicata, mozzarella affumicata, taleggio, truffle cheese, hazelnut cheese, .... The boss is very helpful & (child) friendly! The location is also excellent for e.g. Birthday parties.

Man hat ja Verständnis, wenn viel zu tun ist, aber wenn man höflich fragt und einfach eine patzige unhöfliche Antwort bekommt und das vom "Chef" persönlich und wenn die Mitarbeiter den Tränen nahe sind, dann stimmt da leider nichts mehr! Auch wenn es ein tolles Geschäft ist und es wirklich viel Auswahl an italienischen Spezialitäten gibt, so lässt sich niemand behandeln, vorallem wenn er nix dafür kann und versucht höflich zu bleiben! Auf diesem Niveau kann man mit Kunden einfach nicht umgehen! You just can't deal with customers that way! You understand when there is a lot to do, but if you ask politely and just get a rude, impolite answer and that from the "boss" personally and when the employees are close to tears, then unfortunately nothing is right! Even if it's a great shop and there is really a lot of choice of Italian specialties, nobody can be treated, especially if they can't help it and try to be polite! You just can't deal with customers at this level!
