Das Haus hat gesamt 3 Wohnungen wovon 2 ganz neu saniert wurden und in einem richtigen schönen und modernen Zustand sind.
Spitze Lage mit vielen Einkausmöglichkeiten,Arzt,Apotheke,Bank, Restaurants und vieles mehr in nächste Nähe.
Mit dem Auto ist man ganz schnell in Gmunden,Ebensee,Vöcklabruck,Laakirchen,Regau und weitere große Städte in der Nähe aufgrund von der Bundesstraße welche sich nur 3 Fahrminuten vom Haus entfernt befindet.
Beautiful house with a direct view of the Traunsee!
The house has a total of 3 apartments, 2 of which have been completely renovated and are in a really beautiful and modern condition.
Great location with many shops, doctor, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and much more in the immediate vicinity.
Gmunden, Ebensee, Vöcklabruck, Laakirchen, Regau and other large cities are very close by car because of the main road which is only a 3-minute drive from the house.
