Sehr unfreundliches Personal - blonde Dame an der Kasse herabstellende persönliche Bemerkungen geäußert als es zu einer längeren Unterhaltung über den Einkauf kam!! Geht gar nicht!!!! They didn't even deserve 1 star. Very unfriendly staff - blonde lady at the checkout made disparaging personal remarks when it came to a long conversation about shopping! Does not work at all !!

Die meisten bisher angetroffenen Mitarbeiter wirken wiederholt reserviert, oft wurde nicht (zurück-)gegrüßt, Retouren/Umtauschartikel wurden genervt bearbeitet, eine Mitarbeiterin trägt seit Monaten nur ein Gesichts-Schild anstatt der inzwischen längst vorgeschriebenen FFP2-Maske (ob befreit kann ich nicht beurteilen - nur dass ein Schild nachgewiesen nutzlos ist), die Maulkorbberatung war irgendetwas zwischen "nicht vorhanden" und "falsch". Anfangs dachte ich mir dass jeder mal einen schlechten Tag hat und habe immer wieder dort eingekauft - aber es ist leider an der Tagesordnung. After a lot of shopping, I will no longer use this shop. Most of the employees who have been met so far seem reserved, often there was no (back) greetings, returns / exchange items were annoyed, one employee has only been wearing a face shield for months instead of the FFP2 mask that has long since been prescribed (I can't judge whether exempted - only that a sign is proven to be useless), the muzzle advice was something between "not available" and "wrong". At first I thought that everyone would have a bad day and I kept shopping there - but unfortunately it's the order of the day.

P	Philipp Rath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fressnapf ist für mich kein Fachgeschäft. Die Preise sind unterschiedlich, klar muss ein Händler mit Stationären Shop auch von was Leben. Futter ist oft nur 1 Sack lagernd... Freundlichkeit ist aber meist gegeben. Hundestation fehlt oft das Wasser im Sommer. Dafür darf er wenigstens mit. For me, Fressnapf is not a specialist shop. The prices are different, of course a retailer with a stationary shop also has to make a living. Food is often only 1 sack in stock ... but friendliness is usually given. The dog station often lacks water in summer. For that he can at least come with.
