B	Burak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedes Mal wenn ich etwas für mein Haustier brauche gehe ich zum Fressnapf. Die Mitarbeiter*innen sind sehr hilfsbereit und beraten sehr gut. Es gibt wirklich Alles für den Haustierbedarf, egal ob Hund, Katze, etc. Every time I need something for my pet I go to the bowl. The employees are very helpful and give very good advice. There is really everything for pet needs, whether dog, cat, etc.

Es gibt nur eines über das ich mich immer Ärger, das egal wann ich hinfahre und das ist mindestens einmal im Monat, ich dort noch nie Kaninchenohren mit Fell bekommen habe. Es heißt immer die sind nicht Lieferbar.Ich fahre dann jedes mal ein oder zwei Tage später zu einem anderen Fressnapf und egal zu welchem ich fahre es gibt sie.Dürften also nur in dieser Filiale nicht lieferbar sein. Also räumt was anderes in das leere Fach und sagt wir wollen die nicht und fertig aber dann weiß man bescheid und fährt wo anders hin. Everything is there, the shop assistants are friendly and the business is very big. There is only one thing that I am always angry about, that no matter when I go and that is at least once a month, I have never had rabbit ears with fur there. It always means they are not available. Every time I drive to a different Fressnapf a day or two later and no matter which one I go to, they are available. So they should not be available in this branch. So put something else in the empty compartment and say we don't want them and that's it, but then you know and go somewhere else.
