★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider hatten wir die Erfhrung mit einer unfreundliche Dame am Telefon, als wir Kontakt zu dieser Firma für unseren Garten aufgenommen haben. Wir haben uns eher bedrängt gefühlt als verstanden. Die Frau war sehr seriös als würde man mit einem Anwalt sprechen und Ihr Redensart passte ja nicht zu einem Menschen, der sich mit etwas schönes, wie die Arbeit mit Pflanzen, beschäftigt. Nach dem Telefonat hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, dass wir mit dieser Firma "arbeiten möchten.
Das war unsere persönliche Erfahrung. Wir haben danach eine andere, sehr angenehme und lockere Gartengestaltungsfirma gefunden und sind glücklich darüber.

Unfortunately we had the experience with an unfriendly lady on the phone when we contacted this company for our garden. We felt harassed rather than understood. The woman was very serious as if you were talking to a lawyer and your saying did not suit a person who is concerned with something beautiful, such as working with plants. After the phone call we didn't feel that we "wanted to work with this company.
That was our personal experience. We then found another, very pleasant and relaxed garden design company and are happy about it.
