It was a very intense self-awareness that interwoven the psychological and physical levels. Partly through your own rational reflection, partly through physical experiences that bring the unconscious to light. Very valuable and different!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Workshop habe ich nicht nur meine Leidenschaft für Eisbäder entdeckt, ich konnte auch viele Altlasten in der Schwitzhütte (oder wie ich es liebevoll nenne: im schwarzen Loch) zurücklassen. Der Tag hat mir frischen Mut gegeben, um mich in meinen nächsten Lebensabschnitt aufzumachen.
At the workshop I not only discovered my passion for ice baths, I was also able to leave a lot of contaminated sites in the sweat lodge (or as I lovingly call it: in the black hole). The day gave me fresh courage to move on to the next phase of my life.
