Hat sich Zeit genommen um alle meine Fragen geduldig und ausführlich zu beantworten Bin sehr zufrieden. Würde mehr Sterne geben wenn möglich. ? So far I have not been as satisfied with any gynecologist as Dr. Poyntner. Took the time to answer all my questions patiently and in detail. I am very satisfied. Would give more stars if possible. ?

Sehr inkompetent! Entweder klingelt es oder es heißt,dass die Praxis im Moment nicht erreichbar ist! Ein sehr komisches Gesundheitssystem hier in Österreich... I have now called 10 times to make an appointment because I have moved here and live around the corner, but no one picks up during the opening hours! Very incompetent! Either the doorbell rings or it says that the practice is currently unavailable! A very strange health system here in Austria ...

One star deduction, because it is very difficult to reach the practice by phone but apart from this one problem I have nothing else to complain about :) nice assistant and super nice doctor ?
K	Ko Fdh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich nur bei Camilla Natter-Raidt bis jetzt war, kann ich die Arbeit und Kompetenz von Frau Poynter nicht beurteilen. Das was ich aber bis jetzt gesehen habe ist eine sehr kompetente Frauenärztin die sehr nett und fürsorglich ist. Leider sind die Assestentinnen telefonisch kaum bis gar nicht erreichbar! hier hilft es E-Mails zu schreiben, auf diese werden nach meinen Erfahrungen innerhalb einer halben Stunde kompetent mit Lösungsvorschlägen etc. geantwortet! Since I have only been with Camilla Natter-Raidt until now, I cannot judge Ms. Poynter's work and competence. But what I have seen so far is a very competent gynecologist who is very nice and caring. Unfortunately, the assistants are hardly or not at all available by phone! Here it helps to write e-mails. In my experience, they are answered competently with suggestions for solutions etc. within half an hour!
C	Claudia Binder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine ganz tolle, einfühlsame, Ruhe ausstrahlende Ärztin (Fr. Dr. Poyntner). Als Patientin fühlt man sich verstanden und gehört. A really great, empathetic doctor who radiates calm (Mrs. Dr. Poyntner). As a patient, you feel understood and heard.

Habe auch telefonisch ziemlich gleich die Assistentin erreicht. Habe mich "aufgehoben" gefühlt. dr Poyntner is very personable, cheerful and competent. (I didn't get to know the other doctor) Very good time management with waiting times on site. I reached the assistant pretty much straight away by phone. I felt "saved".
