Auch bei den Heizkosten gibt es keine Abrechnung. Habe nach fast 3 Jahren meinen Mietvertrag gekündigt und dann eine Nachzahlung von fast 200€ für die Betriebskosten vom aktuellen Jahr bekommen. Diese Abrechnung ist auch nicht wirklich schlüssig, weil es hier z.b. eine Position Wasser gibt, wo nicht der wirkliche verbrauch, sondern einfach der Gesamtverbrauch durch die größe dividiert angegeben wurde.
