Nehme mir auch manchmal extra eine Kühlbox mit um Grillfleisch mitnehmen zu können! Super Qualität! Nicht nur, dass ich mehr bekommen habe, als ich bestellte, sondern das Schweinefleisch war schmierig und stank erbärmlich. Der Fleischsaft trat GRÜN innerhalb der Vakuumierung heraus. Das Dry Aged Roastbeef war von der Qualität nicht mehr als ok. Herr Graf erklärte mir am Telefon, dass das Fleisch super wäre, da ein anderer Kunde begeistert war. Er glaubte mir nicht. Insgesamt würde ich gerne -1 Punkt vergeben. NEVER ORDER!!! You will receive meat in a mobile phone box shipped to Germany WITHOUT refrigeration. Not only did I get more than I ordered, but the pork was greasy and smelled pathetic. The meat juice came out GREEN inside the vacuum seal. The quality of the dry aged roast beef was no more than ok. Mr Graf explained to me on the phone that the meat would be great because another customer was enthusiastic. He didn't believe me. Overall, I would like to give -1 point.
