M	Martina Weissenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autoreperatur wurde sehr gut abgewickelt jedoch hatte ich grosse Probleme das ich eine Rechnung bekomme,den Versicherungsabrechnungen dauern Mind.eine Woche ,und die sehr kompetente Sekretärin fand nicht mal die Unterlagen des Schadens.Nach langem Warten wurde mir endlich eine Rechnung ausgehändigt. Deswegen kann ich das Autohaus nur mit 3 Sternen bewerten. Car repair was handled very well, but I had big problems getting an invoice, the insurance bills take at least a week, and the very competent secretary couldn't even find the documents of the damage. After a long wait, I was finally given an invoice. That's why I can only rate the dealership with 3 stars.

R	Rene Leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rückrufaktion wegen defekten Akku - um den Selbstbehalt beim Leihfahrzeug zu versichern wurde die Hand aufgehalten - ich solle Zahlen. Ich meinte ich kann nichts dafür - darauf meinte die Dame an der Kasse - wir auch nicht - entweder sie Zahlen oder sie Haben einen Selbstbehalt. Die Versicherung wird von VW nicht bezahlt. Das hat nichts mit Kundenfreundlichkeit oder Kundenbindung zu tun. Ich habe mit der Rückrufaktion nur Unannehmlichkeiten - es kostet mich Zeit und Geld. VW hat die letzen Jahre nichts dazu gelernt. Traurig. Recall for defective battery - to insure the deductible on the rental vehicle, the hand was held up - I should pay. I said I can't help it - the lady at the cash register said - neither do we - either they pay or they have a deductible. VW does not pay for the insurance. This has nothing to do with customer friendliness or customer loyalty. I'm just having inconvenience with the recall - it will cost me time and money. VW has not learned anything in recent years. Sad.
