M	Mesepez8 Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had travelled with them before and everything ok. This time everything wrong. I booked a transfer on May 27th for June 15th. Ir took me severals emails before I got my Phone number corrected in my voucher. The transfer was cancelled (I dont know since when) and I knew it by chance, three days prior of the Journey. No Phone call, no email, no anything to let me know... I was really upset. Today, July, 24th I have not yet received my money back.. To make things better, they called me a lier... Enfin... January 2021, after having put a complaint trough the european consumers agency, and after have being said in early november 2020 that the company agreed to give my money back....I am still waiting....sitting...

Firstly, if you want to take a transfer where the driver talks on his mobile phone whilst travelling at 120kph overtaking lorries on the motorway - these are your guys. Secondly, if you just want to empty your wallet for no reason - these are your guys. Paid extra for their insurance in March, so that I would be refunded my transfer cost in case I had to cancel. Unfortunately, I did have to cancel but they kept the money. They should be closed down. Book at your peril !

I just hope that this review and the others bad reviews they have, help them to offer a better service to their clients.

In times of COVID-19 it is a shame to see how this so-called travel agency takes advantage of others. They are extremely disrespectful and unethical. Travel is cancelled without notice and money is not refunded.

I am happy I didn't eat before the trip, the food would not have stayed inside. Although the guy had navigator, he still drove wrong multiple times and had to turn back. Cannot recommend to anybody!
S	Simon Long on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Planned departure time from Innsbruck (9:30 for 14:00 flight from Munich) was not early enough. We arrived at the airport at 12:00 only because the driver took many side roads due to traffic jams on the autobahn, and was constantly breaking the speed limit. 2 hours before the flight is not enough time for with additional covid related wait times for paperwork checks. The wait time at check-in was 1 hour +. I would expect a professional travel company to have planned in some extra buffer time for contingency and have drivers who stick to speed limits and don't use mobile phone while driving.
A	Ayelet Tashakory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their service from Munich airport to Hochkrimml, and from Hochkrimml to Jenbach train station. Everything went smoothly and they were well-organized. In addition, they have always answered my mails very fast. The only drawbacks I have encountered are that it's a bit hard to find their counter at the airport, and that the price is too high in my opinion. However, I couldn't find any other shuttles service, so I believe they can price theirs however they want...
R	Reuben Vose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having read some reviews of the company I feel its only fair to post my very favourable experience with them in the last week. I booked the basic return service and upon arrival at Munich airport had a wait of about 30 minutes for other passengers, the driver was extremely friendly, the vehicle was more than acceptable and we were provided with a booster seat. For the return journey I would suggest that they picked us up maybe an hour earlier than I would have ideally liked, the vehicle was excellent and again the driver was very friendly, however, no booster seat this time. Taking into account the price is significantly cheaper than most of the other taxi alternatives I didn’t consider the timing issues a major factor and would be more than happy to use the service again.
