So for the price we expect much better equipment, the kitchen. Devices ok, but the interior leaves a lot to be desired! For example 1 yeast glass, no identical wine glasses, no identical drinking glasses, dishes, etc. thrown together or very worn to be precise. Likewise, when counting cutlery for a meal, everything is available a maximum of 6 times (in a 6 person apartment) everything is only available 2 times in a 2 person apartment ---> you weren't allowed to use it anymore, or you had to clean everything in between cooking etc. That in turn contradicts the environmental awareness of the landlords, because that is very demanding in terms of waste separation) Messer careful with 2 the booklet was loose. But also only one key for a 6 person apartment, reason he does not understand if one is lost, to order new ones, rather you should obviously hang up the key in the stairwell. You have to know that the house is usually open via the garage. The landlord's mania for control was also annoying by asking nicely. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness, bread service, ski boot room, location to the slopes and the bathroom.

Beware of wiping! The photos of the advertised apartments do not always reflect the reality. We had due to the photos on the Internet, overlooking the mountains, booked an apartment in this house. Upon arrival, however, it turned out that the view was backwards, against the slope and not illustrated on the internet. When we confronted the landlord with it, there was only the flimsy statement, the photos with a view of the mountains are to be understood only as an example. For us, this is clearly window dressing, as each illustrated apartment is illustrated with other photos. However, photos are never pictured, with the actual view to the rear, against the slope. We asked for our money back and looked for another place to stay late in the evening. So open your eyes - for us clearly a fraud!

The room was equipped with all the standards you would expect from a holiday apartment. The view from the balcony to the mountains was unique and every morning a treat. The couple Schuster was always friendly and accommodating with questions. I highly recommend the apartment. Ronald Lindacher

I like coming to the Schuster family as often as possible. There is no better way to live and feel good, no matter what the weather and what time of year !!! A perfect base for exploring the Kleinwalsertal with the whole family!

Nice and clean apartment, right on the (red) slope. Bus stop close by, but just a bit too far and certainly too steep to walk with ski boots. Friendly people. Sleds available in the house. In our opinion, this sofa bed is really not possible (thin, hard, height difference with sofa seating area) but was solved with a topper. Good to know that if you have not paid the entire amount in advance, you have to pay the remainder in cash. This is not allowed through the bank upon arrival. You can pin in the village, but you may not be able to pin the entire amount in 1x and pay 4 euros extra with every cash withdrawal.

On arrival we were received by the owners. We were led into a room, without being aware that this was our apartment. Minimal kitchen and eventually two beds were pulled out of the closet, I felt like we were sleeping in a closet .. apartment was very small. We had booked two apartments. The other apartment was considerably larger with more facilities such as a dishwasher and oven. There was also the option of a pull-out bed from the closet and a sofa bed, so that afterwards we would have had enough with one apartment .. We were more or less forced to have our meals here. When asked if we could get a new toilet roll, we were looked at strangely and the words 'wir sind kein hotel' were spoken. A few days later, our German neighbors did get this... Some empathy was lacking on all sides. After he pointed out to us once that the car was, apparently, wrong, after he himself had indicated this place, after a while we wanted to leave with the car, which was nicely snowed in, the owner came to interfere that we had to remove the snow. did not shovel properly (in his manner). He kept shaking his head and we didn't have to count on help here either. On the eve of our departure, he neither kindly nor urgently asked us to also have breakfast in the other booked apartment, so that we could leave the room earlier (ie before 9.00 am). He had already rented this out again and had promised these people that he would be able to move into the room earlier due to the risk of illness. ski lessons. Everything lacked empathy and kindness. The fallen sign (€8), deprivation of information, special way of waste separation (many recycling centers would be jealous) etc. I haven't even mentioned it yet. Strongly advise against this house.
