B	Birgit Neuhold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mich gestern wirklich sehr über dieses Fotostudio geärgert. Ich hätte dringend Passfotos gebraucht. Die 3 anwesenden Mitarbeiterinnen haben zwar 10 Minuten Zeit gehabt mit mir zu diskutieren, dass sie keine Zeit für Passfotos haben, da diese dann 30 bis 45 Minuten bearbeitet werden müssen. In dieser Zeit hätten sie die Fotos längst schießen können. Dabei habe ich ausdrücklich erklärt, dass ich nur Passfotos für den Reisepass und keine Porträtfotos brauche. Bin dann nach 10 Minuten ohne Fotos gefahren. Der Fotoautomat auf der Passstelle hat die Aufnahmen dann in 2 Minuten geschafft. (Das ist übrigens meine erste Bewertung welche ich jemals verfasst habe. Da mein Ärger jedoch so groß war habe ich extra ein Google Konto erstellt.) Yesterday I was really angry about this photo studio. I urgently needed passport photos. Although the three present employees have had 10 minutes to discuss with me that they do not have time for passport photos, since these then 30 to 45 minutes must be processed. At this time, they could have shot the photos long ago. I explicitly stated that I only need passport photos for the passport and no portrait photos. I then drove without photos after 10 minutes. The photo machine on the passport has made the recordings in 2 minutes. (By the way, this is my first review I've ever written, but since my anger was so big, I've created a Google account.)

Our couple shoot in December was really fun. Hanni showed us great poses. We were completely satisfied and the photos were perfect ? Thank you.
M	Miriam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zuletzt für Pärchenfotos bei Foto Schmickl. Terminvereinbarung war unkompliziert. Alle Hygiene-Corona-Maßnahmen wurden eingehalten (Desinfektionsspender beim Eingang, Fotografin und Animateurin tragen MNS, genügend Abstand wird eingehalten). Beim Fototermin fühlten wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben, vor allem, weil wir beide sehr nervös waren. Aber durch die lockere Art der beiden Mädels wirken die Fotos locker und natürlich. Eine Vorauswahl von Fotos konnten wir bereits treffen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf die ausgearbeiteten Bilder. Wir können Foto Schmickl nur herzlich empfehlen. We were last at Foto Schmickl for couple photos. Making an appointment was straightforward. All hygiene and corona measures have been observed (disinfectant dispensers at the entrance, photographer and animator wear MNS, sufficient distance is maintained). At the photo session we felt we were in very good hands, especially because we were both very nervous. But because of the casual nature of the two girls, the photos look casual and natural. We have already made a preselection of photos. We are really looking forward to the finished pictures. We can only warmly recommend Foto Schmickl.

Machte sogar einen Termin aus. 2min vor dem Termin war sie dann dort, wobei man zu ihr meinte was sie jetzt schon da mache. Freundlichkeit sieht anders aus, aber bitte hat sie halt den schlechten Tag erwischt. Beim Ausfüllen eines Formulars fragte sie beim Thema abholen der Fotos was es damit auf sich hat. Dann wurde ihr erklärt, nun es wird sicher 1-2 Wochen Dauern bis die Passbilder für den Reisepass fertig sind denn sie müssen ja schließlich nachbearbeitet werden. Jetzt mal im Ernst Passbilder und nachbearbeiten? Sorry aber unfreundlich und 2 Wochen warten? My wife wanted to have passport photos taken yesterday. Even made an appointment. 2min before the appointment she was there, where you meant what she was doing there. Friendliness looks different, but please just caught the bad day. When filling out a form, she asked what it was about when picking up the photos. Then she was told, now it will take 1-2 weeks until the passport photos for the passport are ready because they have to be reworked after all. Seriously passport photos and post-processing? Sorry but rude and wait 2 weeks?

B	Bernd Kaufmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Weihnachtsfotos - bei einem total angenehmen Shooting (+sehr geduldig trotz Verspätung unsererseits und 2x energiegeladenen Jungs + 6 monatigem Baby) - Wir kommen wieder! Very nice Christmas photos - with a totally pleasant shoot (+ very patient despite our delay and 2x energetic boys + 6 month old baby) - We'll be back!
S	Sandra Kulhanek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den Fotograf kann ich leider auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Eindeutig nicht kundenorientiert. Wir mussten ca. 2 Monate auf unserer Fotos warten. Nach der Bezahlung mussten wir wieder auf die elektronische Fassung der Fotos warten. Des weiteren wurden wir über die Bearbeitungszeit falsch informiert. Telefonisch kann man leider keinen erreichen - Wirkt nicht sehr professionell. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als unzufriedenstellend, Service leider miserabel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the photographer to anyone. Clearly not customer-oriented. We had to wait about 2 months for our photos. After the payment we had to wait again for the electronic version of the photos. Furthermore, we were incorrectly informed about the processing time. Unfortunately, you can't reach anyone by phone - doesn't seem very professional. Price / performance ratio is more than unsatisfactory, service unfortunately miserable.

Es war ein traumhafter Tag und dazu haben wir wirklich traumhafte Erinnerung von diesem Tag bekommen. kurz gesagt: Wirklich sehr Freundlich, Kompetent und Kundenorientiert. Our wedding and baptism photos are just beautiful. It was a wonderful day and we got really wonderful memories of that day. in a nutshell: Really very friendly, competent and customer-oriented.
